Personally I think the congregation is very lucky to have such a wise man leading them. He doesn't preach politics but examines issues and makes us reflect on how those issues apply to us and why we feel the way we do and what we can do to change our feelings if we need to or if they are in conflict with the scriptures. Frankly in all my years of attending churches of one denomination or another I am happiest here even though I am not a member. If anyone ever has a problem I suggest calling or emailing Rabbi Ira he's he best and I would trust his advice implicitly.
