And to be honest my skin and nails are kind of fragile and thin so I can see it happening if you go too far with the cuticle push/clipping(sorry for the wrong nail jargon as my knowledge with nail stuff is quite limited). I give them 5 stars because I really enjoy going there to get my nails done. Mint's location is far from where I live ( the SE), but I will take time out of my day to drive there because their service is superb. In addition to their awesome service the atmosphere in mint is modern, clean, and friendly. So I definitely recommend Mint for a relaxing nail spa day! :)

I really don't like being such a harsh critique but I have worked in salons for years and I have never ever seen a nail salon this dirty. So I have to admit I was 15 minutes late for my appointment which is understandable but they could've just rebooked me if it was gonna be such a big deal and after I got my nails done I got trim and a little bit of bangs. Well I called back because one of my nails had already broken off and I explained to them that I didn't feel comfortable seeing the same girl but the receptionist jake kept pushing and pushing and making me feel more uncomfortable until the point where I wanted to speak with a manager. The manager I spoke with was very nice and assured me if I came back to get my nail fixed everything would be ok and no judgment. But boy was she wrong. The lady that did my nails was so rude I waved to her and said hi and she just looked at me and walked in the place. And not to mention so rough because I explained to the manager the reason it took 2 1/2 hours to do my nails was because she didn't use the drill and just used a nail file. Well I can see why she didn't use a drill because she chopped my fingers up trying to fix her job she did the first time. And than she started to shame me because when I waved to her I was having a smoke and said well you can't have your nails white because you smoke and they will turn yellow right away. Just an all together horrible experience there. And the guy who cut my hair I felt like he was judging me because I had just had my nails done and my makeup was done and he said "oh where are you going to a big party?" And I asked for a trim to try and get all my ends not looking so fried. And not a straight across cut and as I was explaining to him he just brushed me off like ya ya I know what you are talking about. But clearly he didn't and not to mention my bangs he fucked them up doesn't even look like bangs. I will never be going back here and will advise everybody I know not to go to this place just because of the disrespect that I was given by the employees there and not to mention after I went back and got the nail fixed the exact same one broke in the exact same spot horrible. I have always felt totally comfortable in Tiffany Nails. The store is immaculate and all the staff are kind and good at what they do. The store is beautiful and well stocked. My nails last a long time. They always are so gracious to kids. I was looking at a gift I got from them years ago, that I still use (pictured) of cuticle oil etc and it has lasted beautifully so they must use very good products. They seem to be consistently busy and it makes sense (smile).

I went in for age spots under my eyes and wanted RF needling done. I didn't even think of getting laser because I thought that area would be a no no. Coral suggested Picosure laser on top of RF needling if I wanted. For my first session we did strictly RF needling and she went over my entire face taking out things I couldn't even see. She has these incredible specs with a light attached and she really gets right in there. RF needling isn't a walk in the park but she is constantly making sure I'm feeling alright. Two weeks later was my follow up and I wanted to really get those pesky age spots. I gave her the okay to touch up with the RF needle again and then go forward with Picosure. Picosure can be a bit intense but nothing horrendous or anything. A frozen stone is rolled onto the area to be treated so comfort is of utmost importance! I looked a bit hideous after the treatments but Coral made sure I was well covered up with some mineral makeup. I left with some great products and hoping they will continue to improve my complexion.
