From the moment I reached out to her about her availabilities, she was quick to respond, respectful, and professional. During the course, she provided a non-stress environment, she's extremely welcoming and friendly, and knowledgeable about the topics and wants you to make sure you understand it and get it before moving on. With COVID-19 precautions, she made sure everything was clean upon my arrival and she let me use the bathroom first thing to wash my hands which made me feel safe. One of my favorite places to go for CPR, BLS, First Aid, and AED training. Just finished a session on Adult & Infant CPR/AED and First Aid with the wonderful and hilarious Angela. My boyfriend and I found an amazing deal on Groupon (apparently is also offered through Yelp) and we immediately emailed Aikane and booked an appointment. Our original appointment was going to be taught in out home but we changed it a few days before and they were extremely accommodating. It's amazing that they were willing to drive to us, which is 45 minutes away. I was quite nervous but excited at the same time as this was my first CPR class ever but Angela made it extremely fun and informative. I definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for an exciting and rewarding learning experience. Went to the class not knowing how to perform CPR and had very little knowledge on first aid. Angela was very knowledgable and welcoming. She helps you throughout the whole way and makes sure you get it. I never felt rushed and felt like I was learning in my own pace. I am thoroughly impressed! Not only was I able to get into a class quickly, but it was at a very convenient location nearby. I took CPR, First Aid and AED. Angela was the instructor and the class was no-nonsense (e.g. efficient speed with thorough topic coverage, and no unnecessary busy work), but she had us laughing, too.
