Cali and Cici provided a thorough demonstration and shared personal experience which kept the class interesting.

Ramesh did a great job - he was professional, personable, and was able to impart a lot of real-life experiences that made the materials even more relevant than simply watching a video (though the videos were very good as well). We took time to practice CPR on dummies, and to practice abdominal thrusts (for choking) on other attendees. I attended this BLS (Basic Lifesaving Skills) class today as part of professional certification. I have had CPR training multiple times before. This instructor was thoroughly engaging, encouraged us to think of real-world applications for these skills, and to clearly understand how to perform the skills with confidence and competence. Our class of 6 all left having spent hands-on trying time with our own manikins that gave electronic feedback if we were performing compressions correctly, so we knew when we had perfected our technique and rhythm. The instructor's diligence demonstrating not only proper technique, but how to avoid mistakes in the stress of the moment, was so helpful to visualizing and internalizing the material. Despite the fact that I have had this type of training before, this was the first time that I left a course truly feeling confident that if called upon, I could actually perform CPR and give someone their best chance of a positive outcome. I went here to get my basic CPR for healthcare providers certificate renewal. Kali was amazing, he reviewed all the material explained in detail what we needed to know for the final test. He was very eager to explain anything we needed help with. He was very flexible when it came to scheduling time to do the class. Office hours say 10:00-5pm online, but no one showed up until 10:15. When someone finally arrived, we were told we had to wait an hour because "the finger print guy was on vacation" and they had to set up the computer ect. I was not about to come back in an hour after already waiting 20 minutes. Had this information been on the website, I wouldn't have even come to this location. Oh, and not to mention I'm pretty sure they had to call this poor guy while he was on vacation. Why isn't there a back up person? read more

I love this place. They work around my schedules for my entire staff. One of the best places to get your training done. We walked in, it started on time, we got all our First Aid and Live Scan taken care of in one place. Thank you for your help, my staff was well prepared for camp. Awful! They are never open! I showed up during regular business hours and they were closed. Then I made an appointment, showed up at the scheduled time, and still no one there. Just left me hanging. Left an email and voicemail asking if they were running late - no response. Avoid unless you want your time wasted. I ended up just going to the UPS on Middlefield, which was able to quickly and easily do the LiveScan fingerprinting I needed. read more

Kali and his assistant Gina were wonderful! They really do care about and enjoy what they do. They were very professional and taught the class with good flow. Good, useful videos too! My young daughters and I were able to solidly learn the steps to CPR because Kali made us repeat the steps over and over until they were ingrained in our heads! Wonderful!
