I had not had time to even ask any questions about the property. I then advised her that I had an ESA dog that is deemed medically necessary and I do have documentation to support this. She then proceeded to tell me that they do not have to follow the guidelines set in place by the Fair Housing Act [42 U.S.C. 3602(h)], the Americans with Disabilities Act, and as defined in the Diagnostic Statistical Manual Fifth Edition [DSM-5]. After receiving the information from Karen Clayton that she was denying my inquiry on the property due to my disability, I ended the call. Upon ending the call with Karen Clayton, I then received a text message from Karen stating that I was rude. I will further be reaching out to the company in which Karen Clayton represents. I am extremely disappointed in the discrimination I have received.

The worst experience I've ever had with a realtor. I've dealt with bad service before, but this was…read moreon an entirely different level. They seemed completely unprepared, failed to advocate for their client, and appeared far more focused on getting a commission check than providing quality service. My closing was mishandled from start to finish, and I'm still dealing with issues related to it. The attorney they recommended made a major error and disbursed repair funds that were supposed to be withheld under a signed agreement. Those funds were sent to the seller, and I'm still fighting to get my money back. Communication was poor, follow-through was lacking, and there was little sense of urgency when problems arose. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for representation and avoiding the attorney they recommend as well. What should have been an exciting experience turned into a frustrating and costly mess.

This was my second time staying at Hitchcock cottage in Aiken South Carolina in less than six…read moremonths. I would highly highly recommend this location. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom all very spacious and very comfortably sleeps six adults. The place is fully furnished with full cooking all the pots and pans plates dishes silverware glassware a dining room table that fits six adults very comfortably it's just amazing. They also included an Amazon fire stick so was able to watch various programs that I normally watch back in Fort Lauderdale when I'm home. Again one of the best places I have ever stayed at. It is also just a short 10 minute drive to historic downtown and less than a 10 minute drive to the new section of town with the movie theater tons of restaurants and shopping.
