Whether you want to get in shape, learn self defense, need a program that reduces stress or all of the above Legacy MMA is a top notch program. It doesn't matter where you are in terms of skill or getting in shape, George knows how to adjust the program to your needs. Make no mistake, however, he also knows how to push you to your absolute limit. If you're just starting out, you'll be impressed with how quickly you progress. If you're fairly confident in the shape you're in, George can challenge/humble you just as quickly! I never knew how long 60 seconds could seem until I took this class. He then spent the first several months working with him diligently, while making all sorts of concessions for him during group classes, due to our son's difficulty in understanding conversational speech and his general uncoordination and lack of the overall concept of punching/kicking, etc. We felt so blessed that he was willing to do this for our son! Fast forward to today... our son has progressed to a purple belt and is punching and kicking very effectively and able to do very well in many of the forms and katas that he has learned. We are blown away at what Sensei George has been able to get out of him in such a short time! We love that dojo so much, and think of George as our family. If you're looking for a phenomenal instructor that is highly experienced and has a tremendous passion for the art and a genuine love for the students he teaches, then look no further! He also gives them a solid workout and doesn't just have them punching and kicking in the air.
