Whether you want to get in shape, learn self defense, need a program that reduces stress or all of the above Legacy MMA is a top notch program. It doesn't matter where you are in terms of skill or getting in shape, George knows how to adjust the program to your needs. Make no mistake, however, he also knows how to push you to your absolute limit. If you're just starting out, you'll be impressed with how quickly you progress. If you're fairly confident in the shape you're in, George can challenge/humble you just as quickly! I never knew how long 60 seconds could seem until I took this class. You will get in shape faster than you think, you'll learn practical MMA (whether for self defense or for competition), you will gain confidence and you will have a blast doing it!The fees are among best I've seen in the area. Fast forward to today... our son has progressed to a purple belt and is punching and kicking very effectively and able to do very well in many of the forms and katas that he has learned. Through her journey at UFT, we've watched her confidence, discipline, and character grow tremendously. I met many people here and some of them have become my closest friends. After earning my black belt I earned the privilege to help train the younger students as well. I've seen how much a structured environment with instructors who really care can change a student. I've seen students learn how to respect their parents and siblings.
