After speaking with the coaches and hanging with the guys(rolling) I immediately knew this was a great fit for me. Very knowledgeable coaching and the family vibe I received was more than enough to make me feel comfortable, especially with a close combat sport as this. Soon enough I came to call everyone at flow my brothers and sisters. Never knew how much cardio and technique there was in BJJ.
