We kept calling and calling to see if it was ready, to get it back, but it was never ready. Finally, they said since it was summer, and they were doing so many lawn mowers that people needed right away, would we mind waiting? To be agreeable, my husband said sure. In the Fall, we were delivered, when neither of us was home to receive it, "our" snow plow- except it wasn't ours. It was the same brand and type of plow, but it was rusty and dented, with old rusted wheels, and ours was sparkly brand new- looking. My husband called to try to get our rightful plow back, and they said it was ours. It is not! BEWARE! Keep your model number number handy, if you need a repair, so you can identify your equipment! I am fair, and to be fair, this rusty snow plow does start up and run. But it's still not ours. I wonder who has ours...

My snow blower wouldn't start during a snow storm. I called this Company, and the owner, Joe Tifft,…read morecame over right away with a plan to take the blower to his shop to inspect it. He looked at the machine, and immediately said "the electric cord you're using is bad". He found another cord in my garage, plugged it into the blower, and it immediately started! Joe also looked at my dryer vent, because I mentioned my dryer isn't working as well as it used to; he noted a piece of ice at the exit point, removed it, and gave ne many tips regarding the dryer, the maintanance of my snow blower, my lawn mower, and my faucet outside. For a half hour's worth of time and labor, he potentially saved me thousands of dollars. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and relayed a lot of very useful information on how to make my machines last as long as possible. For a $35.00 fee (half an hour's labor), Joe had just saved me thousands of dollars I was planning to use to buy a new snow blower and dryer. It was the best early "Christmas gift" I hadn't expected. Joe works on installing/fixing outdoor cameras, treadmills, microwaves, snow blowers, lawn mowers, and more! I very highly recommend him!
