Ashley has great passion in what she does. They advertise the cameras in each room but they have been down since we started. Front office is friendly but they are not truthful with events. Owner is nice but she does not keep up with the center as she should. She is a dr but she is not connected with center. Rbts are a revolving door and they are not being properly trained. I actually felt like it was a babysitting center. New families usually don't know what to look for but this is not a good place to put your ASD kiddo. My kid actually regressed and I pulled him out. The biggest downfall is the BCBA, she is not knowledgeable and pretty lazy when it comes to programming. It always seemed like a bother when I asked about programming and data. Was never clear. True somewhere else if you are thinking about the DeSoto location. That place is NOT recommended.

I had my first visit with Michaela on their 2nd day of operations at the new location. Though…read morethings might have been hectic from start-up problems and internet problem, etc she was totally composed and in no rush to finish my exam, taking longer with me than any doctor I have ever visited. Provider Michaela gave me the most thorough examination and physical I have had in my 66 year life. It was quite refreshing to have a provide who was personable and treated me as a person and gave me credit for living in my own body, talking to me as a person, not like an imbecilic lab rat like so many condescending aleopaths I have previously encountered that cut you off mid-sentence. I saw her a second time a few weeks later at a time I thought would have been inconvenient for her. Though I thought I had a purely superficial condition she methodically examined me and took a detailed account of symptoms, their severity and timing. Though she could have accepted my assurances this was just another incidence of a recurring problem she took the time to dig into my case and alerted me to the fact that it could indeed be a problem with severe consequences. During this second visit she also took the time to review my previous visit and earnestly addressed my long list of questions. I really felt like a burden but she insisted on resolving all issues, and did so kindly. Michaela Klose is the most thorough, dedicated medical practitioner I have ever encountered. Furthermore, unlike many MDs I have encountered that consider the Merck the one and only Holy Grail of medicine, she is receptive to holistic modalities and knows that not all healing must come from the pharmacist.
