The picture below shows how many attempts I made to get my meeting rescheduled. After the fifth attempt, I FINNALY got a response saying they are now closed tor the season! Haha! The same email explained they would be back in the office on August 18th and to reach back out at that time to continue where we left off. I had no choice since they had all my original tax documents and I could not retrieve them. I waited patiently for this time to arrive. They just returned back to the office at the said time and notified me that since I missed the onboarding call on April 22 that they refused to reschedule, they are not taking on any clients. If you are a high net-worth client like myself, I would avoid this company like the plague. They are unresponsive (as shown below), they lack systems to help when a client cant get into a meeting, they have no issue lying about revisiting your tasks after their promise to do so.

We were a new small business, young, and uneducated when it came to the cost and terms of having an account/bookkeeper. After two years of blinding following what Tec (Vein) told us to pay him for his services, we have found out now after finding a new bookkeeper and accountant that not only was he WAY over charging us but he wasn't even correctly keeping our books. Our new accountant looked over our previous years books that were apparently done and completely reconciled by Tec and told us they were not done correctly and things that any accountant should know and do were not done. We paid him on a weekly basis direct deposit at an insanely high amount for our books for the entirety of 2024 and have to now pay someone else to completely redo them to file our taxes correctly.
