It was a 2 day install and they did a great job in camera placement so I could watch all the areas I wanted to see, as well as being able to hide the cables that run to those cameras and back into the NVR unit. They had to drill through walls and floors and tuck and hide wires and when finished the cameras all look very natural and blend in well with the surroundings. They installed a back up battery power source, and the head unit inside a steel lock box, and even a microphone for audio recording. They did a great job at a fair price. Chris is very knowledgeable in the security business and they were professional acting and focused on completing the task at hand as quickly and as well as could be done. They made sure everything was working correctly, and to my satisfaction before the job was finalized. They do accept paypal credit card payments, cash, and maybe even checks for payments. They are a third party. We recently purchased our home. He said that our real estate company paid for the installation and the equipment. Our realtor had no idea about this deal, when we later asked them about it. He got us on the hook for a 36-month contract and was rushing to get a technician out to do the install the same day. After looking at the contract and seeing some inconsistencies that set off red flags, as well as poor online reviews, we decided to cancel. The number listed on the contract to cancel sent us to ADT and they couldn't help us. We got back in contact with the dealer and were able to cancel, but they did not send the cancellation in writing (another red flag). Overall, it was a shady experience and we are glad we cancelled before we owed a ton of money. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME.

When my desktop gaming computer wouldn't start, Jessie first advised we try a new power supply. When that didn't work, we tried another component, and so on - with a new service charge each time. Additionally I'd asked the original components be returned, and a couple of them she "paid" me for by discounting a portion of the bill. At one point, she took my computer home to troubleshoot, and wound up replacing my CD read/write drive with a CD read drive only. I didn't get my original CD read/write drive back either. So after about $!,500 (with the "discounts") and multiple weeks later, my computer had the following: New power source New case New RAM (that I bought directly from the store) Used CD read drive (that Jessie had) Used, cheap off-brand motherboard At no time did she provide the root cause of the computer not starting, a written estimate, nor an invoice of the components she took home to work on. In fact the only thing written I received from her, were the UN-itemized payment receipts. When i asked about the return of my original motherboard, she claimed she forgot and had already trashed it. I think it more likely she got a nice gaming motherboard, and CD read/write drive in addition to the $1,500.

The next day…read moreI had the information I needed and I considered the price fair as I needed five cameras and I did not want to pay monthly fees for security. The installer came a few days later and was very knowledgeable and careful to hide all wires during installation. He explained everything to me and the sense of security I have now was worth the price.
