I was quite happy with the Air Cab that I took from Moncton Terminal to my Hotel Room in Moncton New Brunswick

Called at 6:11 for a cab after trying 90 minutes straight until they answered. When i asked "you figure it will be a half hour to an hour with the snow fall?" That was 4 hours ago. . . . What i discovered Calling my moms Ex Husband who drove for Air Cab for Decades said "they chose to pull most of the cars off the road for 2 hours to let the plows work but didnt choose to disclose this." Turns out it was true I called back to ask what was the last calls time they waited? "2 hours" at which point i'd been waiting 4 hours Not only did they Not tell me originally Despite calling back 4 times(once an hour) they CHOSE not to send a cab to my location where 4 others were waiting to. Not so bad if you get someone from this country but when you travel from 2031 mountain Rd to Noel street and say just go straight down mountain Rd and the guy says no English you point? After a twelve hr shift I shouldn't have to point out the way it's like three roads mountain savoie Noel. This guy's name was Koa. Barely a word of English and had to point several times for the guy to turn. Only good ones I've had is Ron Leblanc, Flash ,Alina and Donald Poirier. They should know mountain Rd at the very least. When going to work and I say mountain road to these people they look at me like I have three heads! Hire some competent staff or I'm going to have t start walking the 1hr 30mins.
