I have not had a good experience with any taxi service in Moncton, including Air Cab, and my recent Airport ride home was no different. I have one question, what happened to the old staff who provided an amazing service and have no communication issues and no culture issues? read more

Called at 6:11 for a cab after trying 90 minutes straight until they answered. When i asked "you figure it will be a half hour to an hour with the snow fall?" That was 4 hours ago. . . . What i discovered Calling my moms Ex Husband who drove for Air Cab for Decades said "they chose to pull most of the cars off the road for 2 hours to let the plows work but didnt choose to disclose this." Turns out it was true I called back to ask what was the last calls time they waited? "2 hours" at which point i'd been waiting 4 hours Not only did they Not tell me originally Despite calling back 4 times(once an hour) they CHOSE not to send a cab to my location where 4 others were waiting to. Air Cab is seeming more and more like Trius Taxi before they went bankrupt read more

Great experience. Booked with the app for a 3am pickup. At 2: 53 I got a text saying that the car was at the door. Driver was courteous and efficient, fare was clear in the display. Everything was perfect, and I will use them again. read more

Not so bad if you get someone from this country but when you travel from 2031 mountain Rd to Noel street and say just go straight down mountain Rd and the guy says no English you point? After a twelve hr shift I shouldn't have to point out the way it's like three roads mountain savoie Noel. This guy's name was Koa. Barely a word of English and had to point several times for the guy to turn. Only good ones I've had is Ron Leblanc, Flash ,Alina and Donald Poirier. They should know mountain Rd at the very least. When going to work and I say mountain road to these people they look at me like I have three heads! Hire some competent staff or I'm going to have t start walking the 1hr 30mins. Or take bus that takes me two hrs. read more

After using White cab for over 20 years, I am going to go with Air from now on. I am tired of them…read morechanging prices on the spot. But also, I find it startling that when I see bad reviews on Tripadvisor, there is a response from White Cab, (I presume). "Thank you". That's the response. What happened to companies that try to keep their customers. Moncton owners and managers simply don't care. Well, I care. I told the woman I was speaking with, that I am finished with White Cab. She said nothing. I take cabs everywhere in the winter. I am a senior and sometimes I fall. I find it sad that no one cares. I moved to Moncton 30 years ago. I rarely took cabs then, but over 20 years ago I sustained a workplace injury that will be with me for the rest of my life. I am a very good tipper, but I am not going to tip a driver when they try to rip me off.

A driver picked me up from bus station, could not lift my suitcase (it was not heavy) and I had to assist him putting it into trunk. To make matters worse, he had difficulty with English and understanding my address. I asked him if he understood English and he grunted "Arabic". It was an expensive drive home, considering I am a short distance. I was told later he must have used time and not distance metering. Not sure if that is accurate, however, he was getting the "stink eye" from drivers on the Causeway for driving extremely slow. He was not happy with his small tip not understanding I was less happy with the service! Before you scream racism, please be aware, it is important to be able to communicate in a service industry job.

This is the worst cab company!! One of their drivers tried to say we crashed into his car and we did not! Police officer told him it is illegal to make false claims against someone for insurance purposes and he thought he was trying to scam us to give him cash! Please do not support this company, they are scam artists! The driver was parked illegally and could barely speak English, making false claims against us! Not a scratch on his car! read more
