    Etihad Airways - #Etihad_worst_Airlines_ever

#Etihad_worst_Airlines_ever The worst between all Airlines,…read morethey are obviously cheaters, My nightmare started when booked a ticket for my family from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt round trip, and since not sure about the return I booked it refundable with extra charge, when I decided to refund the ticket, they simply said its nonrefundable, why?!! Because you booked only one way refundable!!! Why are they offering refund option? Why do they ask you to pay more for this option and at the end they just tell you it's not! Refundable, Why they don't allow you to contact any manager to have proper answers, only call center where you get provoked through single answer repeated all the time "this is the rules"!!! "BEWARE"

They now offer mini apartment in the sky if you got cash to burn. They also offer a lot of great flight options to various destinations in Europe at competitive prices. They have a good frequent flyer program so if you find them price competitive and comfortable it's worth your while sticking with them. They also own a lot of Airbus 380's so that is another plus for travelling with Eithiad Airways. The A-380 is an awesome plane to board and makes me smile everytime with its size and amenities. I recently flew to UAE for a holiday. My flight was into Abu Dhabi but my holiday was in Dubai. No fear the airline offers a complimentary bus service between the two cities. Its a great service and also they can check you in at the bus depot in Dubai and your bags and boarding pass is given to you so everything is done prior to ever getting to the airport. Good airline. Thumbs up.

The lady who answered the phone was wonderful--very kind, helpful, and efficient. I didn't get her name, unfortunately, but she made the reservation for us, explained how to find the property since it's somewhat hidden, and got us checked in quickly when we arrived. We stayed in a two-bedroom room, which worked out really well for our family. After a long day of traveling, having the extra space made it much easier for everyone to relax and get a good night's sleep. The property does show some signs of age, and we noticed that the second bedroom was missing the TV remote, but everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff member also let us know that free breakfast was offered, but we slept so well that we ended up missing it! Most of the meals were good, except for the breakfast that was served. I felt like I was being sent to outerspace by eating those astronaut eggs. I then spilt some on my neck pillow, making my neck pillow unusable for the rest of the voyage. The sausages also had the texture of my ScrubDaddy©. Therefore, unfortunately, I have to give this company a 1 star review. Hopefully next time, I won't spill freeze dried eggs on my neck pillow.

AVOID TURKISH AIRLINES at all costs - and, it will cost you!…read more My husband and I flew with Turkish Airlines on 8/24 for our honeymoon. Sixteen days in Europe. Turkish Airlines lost our bag the entire time and never even delivered it to its final destination! Imagine trying to buy underwear and bras in Kusadasi or find some comfortable walking shoes, makeup, formal dress, bathing suit, etc. at random ports all the while missing out on your pre-paid excursions and dinners because you don't have proper dress attire! We saved for years for this trip of a lifetime and Turkish Airlines ruined it then and are not doing anything to rectify the situation now. My poor mother, my mother-in-law, our travel agent, and our cruise line all tried to get through to Turkish Airline to find out where the bag was and try to get it to our final destination while we we are on the ship (limited cell service and email for us). Each time Turkish agents told us a different answer, which contradicted the next answer we received. At one point Turkish said they were trying to get it to us at the next port but, it never even left the United States! Then we were told that the file was closed because the bag was delivered, but it was not yet. Finally we had to call a carrier service to go to LAX airport to look through the lost bags and they found our bag. Now they are claiming we didn't file within the 21 day policy of missing bag. But we did and have a copy of the Direct Courier Service receipt on the date my mother-in-law had to pick up the bag (we were still in Europe at this time), plus we have dated automated emails from Turkish on the date I submitted the claim, to prove it. They are just using excuses to discourage us from standing up to our rights as a passenger. Turkish is now ignoring our email. We plan to now work with an attorney to escalate the issue if we aren't contacted by Turkish Airlines shortly. From my experience, Turkish Airlines does not care about their customers. Don't fly with Turkish Airlines, fly with another airlines such as Emirates, Etihad Airways or Qatar Airways. Your wallet, sanity, and marriage will thank you ;) #ISTTK32254

It's got the lot, incredible value, never to be repeated again: views (including water views and Harbour Bridge views), close to transport (yeah, literally, but ferries, f(r)eeway and buses are also not far away), close to shops (a couple of restaurants and cafes down there), heritage building, lifts built-in, gardens at your (non-existent) door-step. The list goes on. It also has got two bathrooms, an unknown number of rooms (probably more than your average home), but no parking spaces and no swimming pool:( Ok, in terms of real estate value I've lied a bit here. Circular Quay station is equally good (just see my review of it). The best part of this is you get to enjoy this value every time you check in here, and it only(!) costs you the price of a CityRail ticket. The interesting thing with the transport hub 'Milsons Point station' is that you won't even really notice it's there. Once you step out of the station building, which on its ground level really is just an arch-way under the extension of our Harbour Bridge, you're either in Kiribilli village, or Bradfield Park. From either side, it's just a stone's throw to the harbour. One last breath of harbour air. Breath-in...aaaahh fresh air: "Please stand clear. Doors closing." Oi, bummer.
