They now offer mini apartment in the sky if you got cash to burn. They also offer a lot of great flight options to various destinations in Europe at competitive prices. They have a good frequent flyer program so if you find them price competitive and comfortable it's worth your while sticking with them. They also own a lot of Airbus 380's so that is another plus for travelling with Eithiad Airways. The A-380 is an awesome plane to board and makes me smile everytime with its size and amenities. I recently flew to UAE for a holiday. My flight was into Abu Dhabi but my holiday was in Dubai. No fear the airline offers a complimentary bus service between the two cities. Its a great service and also they can check you in at the bus depot in Dubai and your bags and boarding pass is given to you so everything is done prior to ever getting to the airport. Good airline. Thumbs up.

It wasn't because we were in any sort of a hurry, but when you buy a premium product, I guess I expect service to match. Once we made it to the front desk, our friendly United agent couldn't quite figure out how to check our bags all the way to Reno on 2 separate tickets (long story). It's been done before, but not this time. The real work was at the LAX side where we picked up our bags at International and then took the long walk to Terminal 7 to check in again. I know - 1st World Issues.

The plane was a Boeing 777ER and was clean and tidy. We purchased premium economy seats which we found to be equivalent to business class on Delta. The seats are large pods with very spacious length and width to spread out. Food and service were top notch. High quality full bar was available with free drinks. Food was multi course with several options. The domestic flights were perfect as well. NZ6 from Auckland back to LAX was also perfect. I saw the one other review here on Yelp was one star. I assume that reviewer must have been in basic economy. We had travel companions in economy and they said it was plenty spacious and food was good. They had no complaints. We recommend premium economy and would fly in this class again with Air New Zealand.

You guessed it, Turkish Airlines is offering a fraction of the cost of ski gear. They say that his claim has been evaluated "within the framework of internal rules". Any regulations should be fair, open and in the public domain. They refuse to let us know what these "internal rules" are so we can see why his claim has been denied. We have been round and round in circles for months with nothing more than platitudinous generic responses. But no answers. Oh for an Airline Ombudsman.

We stayed in a two-bedroom room, which worked out really well for our family. After a long day of traveling, having the extra space made it much easier for everyone to relax and get a good night's sleep. The property does show some signs of age, and we noticed that the second bedroom was missing the TV remote, but everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff member also let us know that free breakfast was offered, but we slept so well that we ended up missing it! Each train car was packed once we arrived at this station so the train had to park there until everyone was able to get off. The bottleneck for getting out of the station were the stairs. Since it was an elevated platform, there were nice views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the surrounding area.

It's got the lot, incredible value, never to be repeated again: views (including water views and Harbour Bridge views), close to transport (yeah, literally, but ferries, f(r)eeway and buses are also not far away), close to shops (a couple of restaurants and cafes down there), heritage building, lifts built-in, gardens at your (non-existent) door-step. The list goes on. It also has got two bathrooms, an unknown number of rooms (probably more than your average home), but no parking spaces and no swimming pool:( Ok, in terms of real estate value I've lied a bit here. Circular Quay station is equally good (just see my review of it). The best part of this is you get to enjoy this value every time you check in here, and it only(!) costs you the price of a CityRail ticket. The interesting thing with the transport hub 'Milsons Point station' is that you won't even really notice it's there. Once you step out of the station building, which on its ground level really is just an arch-way under the extension of our Harbour Bridge, you're either in Kiribilli village, or Bradfield Park. From either side, it's just a stone's throw to the harbour. One last breath of harbour air. Breath-in...aaaahh fresh air: "Please stand clear. Doors closing." Oi, bummer.
