He was at my door within an hour and got right to work diagnosing my problem. He found that my control board was toast and got on the phone with his suppliers. Turns out my board is a very hard to find and after many calls found one. Long story short my system was up and running and I was back to the happy wife happy life scenario. I usually loath calling HVAC companies out of fear of getting taken. Not this time. There's a reason why Certified gets my business from now on.
