I have been a loyal customer of Atchley Air for the past two decades. They have installed all of…read moremy air conditioners since I moved to this area and I was once very happy with their service. My air conditioner went out almost one month ago. I called them to repair it and they came out a couple days later to evaluate it. They told me that the problem was a faulty wire and they charged me 1,200 dollars to replace it. Once they got done, they told me that a control board was also malfunctioning and that the AC was still not working. After waiting over another full week, they came out and told me that they had originally misdiagnosed the problem and that I would need a much bigger part which needed to be ordered again. They told me that I would need to wait another week but not to worry. They told me that because I had to wait for so long, that they would move me to the very top of the priority list once this new part had arrived. After waiting for over another week, they just called me today and said the part had finally arrived but they could not install it for another five days. It has been about 95 degrees in my house for almost a month SINCE I gave them the 1,200 dollars. It will remain that hot in my house for the fourth consecutive weekend. They just don't seem to care about me at all.

He was at my door within an hour and got right to work diagnosing my problem. He found that my control board was toast and got on the phone with his suppliers. Turns out my board is a very hard to find and after many calls found one. Long story short my system was up and running and I was back to the happy wife happy life scenario. I usually loath calling HVAC companies out of fear of getting taken. Not this time. There's a reason why Certified gets my business from now on. Honesty is everything and this place has it with Ashley and Wil.
