Bryan was very sharp and professional! He used his tools to connect to the A/C unit and explained to us what he saw. The freon was very low so Bryan started a recharge. During the recharge, he answered our questions, explained the different parts of the system, and was a wealth of information! Bryan took the time to monitor the system during and after the recharge. Having tried to get someone else to fix it, we have found that it will void our warranty if anyone else services it, since it's under a year old.
