Bryan was very sharp and professional! He used his tools to connect to the A/C unit and explained to us what he saw. The freon was very low so Bryan started a recharge. During the recharge, he answered our questions, explained the different parts of the system, and was a wealth of information! Bryan took the time to monitor the system during and after the recharge. He showed us that the system was holding the charge and what kind of performance to expect going forward. Our A/C is blowing cold air again and our upstairs rooms are staying cold. We are soo glad we were able to work with Bryan. We highly recommend Bryan and Fusion Heat and Air!

I have been a loyal customer of Atchley Air for the past two decades. They have installed all of…read moremy air conditioners since I moved to this area and I was once very happy with their service. My air conditioner went out almost one month ago. I called them to repair it and they came out a couple days later to evaluate it. They told me that the problem was a faulty wire and they charged me 1,200 dollars to replace it. Once they got done, they told me that a control board was also malfunctioning and that the AC was still not working. After waiting over another full week, they came out and told me that they had originally misdiagnosed the problem and that I would need a much bigger part which needed to be ordered again. They told me that I would need to wait another week but not to worry. They told me that because I had to wait for so long, that they would move me to the very top of the priority list once this new part had arrived. After waiting for over another week, they just called me today and said the part had finally arrived but they could not install it for another five days. It has been about 95 degrees in my house for almost a month SINCE I gave them the 1,200 dollars. It will remain that hot in my house for the fourth consecutive weekend. They just don't seem to care about me at all.

He did the same jobs before on the kitchen and the toilet bidet and took him no more than one hour to install both. The man from the company finished the kitchen sink faucet after about 1 1/4 hour and took a way longer than we expected with the bidet toilet due to " leaking T-Piece that he has been back and forth to his truck to fix the issue." After three hours of work, I was asked to pay $ 290.36 although I was quoted that the first hour to be $75 and the following hours are $65 with 30 minutes increment! I have talked to Anna who claimed herself to be "the supervisor" and I explained to her the situation and inform her my willingness to pay for 1 1/5 hour job as it is reasonable time to spend for both item. She was adamant that I have to pay the requester ($290.36) amount and after reasoning with her, she finally cut the price to $ 189.76 ( still not sure about how the calculation for 3 hours time occurred! I asked about my options and she was very rude by saying: "You either pay the amount or go to court and pay the first requested amount". I wrote a check with the amount with memo include "Thank you, Anna :)" What a great customer service and satisfaction!

His recommendation was spot on the money within 6"! Josh sent out a man who absolutely did and incredible job. No matter what, the concrete dust is going to happen, and you can only keep so much out. Everything was done. Jackhammering, fixed the pipe, back filled the concrete, and had it fixed quickly! We are back to normal - except we will be replacing our floor after Christmas. Luckily, we had a rug that was big enough.

The day we called was the day it was looked over and in a few minutes we knew what was wrong. It was fixed the next day. This company is VERY fast on diagnosing the problem and repairs it promptly. They also explain and show you what is wrong and how much it will cost. We would never use anyone else.

When they installed our unit, however, they put the extremely old pump back in. He put in the new pump after we called him on it, but then later tried to tack on extra cost for other things. We refused to pay the extra cost, and now in the coldest part of the winter, we are very cold. He refuses to come out to fix the problem because we (fairly) refused to pay the extra. Having tried to get someone else to fix it, we have found that it will void our warranty if anyone else services it, since it's under a year old. My advice: Don't even think about using American Energy Guard for your air conditioning.
