So looked up local companies in the Monroe area and found E and K HVAC and gave them a call. They had availability for the next day so I booked the appointment. I'm happy to say that they did a great job! Ernest the technician was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and luckily he had the part with him and fixed it immediately.
