We never spoke to them. They did NOT EVER return my calls. If you want a company that doesn't return your calls. Who doesn't have ANY COMMUNICATION skills. Who makes your appointment two weeks out and then doesn't call or show up. Who didn't call to explain or apologize the next day then these are your guys!!! I knew when they had to keep coming back to "fix" what was wrong; large bubbles, two-tone colors, uneven texture and later hair line cracks down the middle, I had made a huge error. They offered to keep coming back, doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, then offered insurance after I got three estimates. I was done with it all. My error was in paying the full amount. My brother visited from out of state during the summer and was appalled seeing the inferior job and did what he could to make improvements with limited time. It's obvious when someone knows what they're doing. Lesson learned. Hire reputable pros and get what you pay for.

They said they could send someone out to look at the issue and I agreed. Moore's never told me that they'd charge me to have the technician come out and what the rate would have been. It was $160 for the technician to IMOverify what I already knew in 20 minutes. When I pressed the owner about not telling me up front, he told me it's his practice not to mention service call charges and labor charges unless the client asks and that I should have expected to pay. That's bananas, imo. We agreed on $100, and I went with another contractor who told me everything upfront without games.,

Should be reported on Ripoff.com. Cohearse customers into getting a maintenance plan to get discounts on services and or parts and is totally misleading. The techs we had come out are not well qualified to handle repairs, testing, or even talk with folks correctly. I gave them 289.00 for a contract and have gotten nothing out of it. My wife and I feel like we should report to BBB. But posting in places like this and telling everyone to steer away is more effective. Recently we had a leak on outside coil, they never offered to repair only wanted to replace. The price to replace was outrageous. I called another HVAC company, the coil was easily repaired and all is running efficiently. I wasted so much money with this company. Now since this review has been posted here and on other formats, they have been calling. Excuses are not results and I don't need to hear any of those. If they want the complaint rectified, send out an apology letter with a refund of the cost of the service contract. You had is over a chopping block with the irresponsible service and responses to our issue. Now that the public can read our concerns we have the sword. In this day and age of no loyalty, laziness and price gouging Brooks should needs to be aware, they have lost a customer for life. You have our address your welcome to send the refund to that.
