I had a heating unit go out in my garage during a really cold spell. I called at 7 AM and had a service technician at my house by 9 AM. Turned out my unit had died, he said he would get a new one and have it installed before noon the next day. The technician was very professional and seemed knowledgeable about the equipment. We paid over 10,000 dollars for a new indoor and outdoor heating and air conditioning system. 1 year later the fan motor broke and they fixed it. Another year goes by and it is leaking water by the gallons on my floor. I call the same number and am told that the company I bought from closed but they had acquired their phone nu.ber and I would have to pay all labor. The guy that came shows up and its the same guy that sold us the u it so I guess they acquired employees as well. So we pay 229. He leaves and I che k 6 hours later and it's still pouring. Next day same guy comes and wants to charge more to add a pump. This has been a nightmare. I would suggest hiring someone else. read more

Did a great job installing ac unit for home. But took repeat phone calls to get the job done. Repair services has a 6 hour window. Ridiculous for a town this size. They can't schedule any repairs without the "scheduler". Tech guys who come out are great. The "secretary" who answers the phone can't tell u anything or do anything except transfer calls and put you on hold. Apparently, this company requires one do- less person and that position is filled. The work is good the guys who come out are great, just getting the initial appt is like scheduling a cat scan. I have had a very bad experience with this company. I chose them to install my heat pump and air handler because they were the cheapest and I got less than what I paid for! First off the deal was that they put in a new heat pump and air handler unit with a new pad that the pump sets on out side , put in a new air return in my ceiling and strap up my existing flex duct. They didn't put a new pad in for me, they strapped up only 2 of the 8 ducts and obviously ran out of material cause there was an empty box left under my house and when they was in my attic they stepped on a light fixture that's in my bathroom and knocked it loose and breaking the drywall on my ceiling. Also the heat pump wires and lines are poorly placed out side so that when I trim my grass I could easily cut them with my weed eater, and lastly they left a half inch gap in front of my handler that air comes out of. I called and complained and they could send someone out but I'd have to pay a fee! If you choose this company I hope you have a better experience than I did read more
