The kids section is incredible and offers tons of play and learning opportunities. It's like a full play place but free and clean and quiet. We used the printing which worked seamlessly and checked out 12 books for our child. There were several librarians able to help, study rooms and a maker space. I cannot say enough about how huge, beautiful, and clean this branch is-- and how many resources are inside for all to enjoy! Love the CHPL so much.

They have tons of flexible seating, including several booths and I believe 4 private study rooms. There are plenty desktop computers available, even some in the children's section. The children's section has a nice little play area. The bathrooms are well maintained, free feminine hygiene products available and a changing table. They have a Makerspace, copy/fax/scan center, several self-checkout kiosks, and a laptop checkout kiosk. I personally love all the natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. They also have a few monthly book clubs and several kids events.

I thought they came to my job which isn't even their area to patrol, I was robbed at gun point and they showed up first to look like hero's, but when crimes are being committed in their community they do nothing but sit and look pretty. I definitely regret moving here. And I recommend everyone I encounter that ask to move to a nice area to avoid green township. It's a joke. You are better dealing with Cincinnati police who actually fight real crimes. I can't believe these officers decided to be law enforcement just to play police. No point in contacting officer Mitch the supervisor he is a joke too. The only hope is to try to contact the head of green township administration Frank Burkenhower to maybe address their laziness. Always record your encounters. They don't turn on body cam when they are sneaky. Be careful ladies.

Went to file a report the next day.....got treated like I was doing something wrong. The report that was typed up was incorrectly, with the fact the teenage girl was texting when she slammed into the back of me. I will never bother them again, you can tell when you walk in they hate their jobs and us citizens just cause them more paperwork. If you are in trouble I wouldn't call em.

The officers that responded knocked, and when I asked them to ID themselves they responded, "its the cops". I looked through the peephole and couldn't see anything so I asked them to properly identify themselves. They responded "it's CPD". I opened the door and explained that my property had been vandalized and that I felt threatened and that someone had attempted to intimidate and humiliate me. Rather than take a report they tried to deflect blame on me and tell me that they could only help me if I was attacked by this person. I made sure to tell them how useless they were and not to shoot anyone.

With this in mind I will attempt to be fair and balanced and no- not in a FOX News kind of way! I actually went to the police station to report a crime. Someone had stolen my identity and exhausted my checking account after speaking to my bank, I went to report it like anyone would. When I arrived. There were 2 officers behind the counter talking to each other as if I weren't there. After 10 minutes one of the officers ask what I need. I told them I wanted to file a report and why. Instead of taking information from me, they gave me the form to complete for them! Wtf? I begrudgingly complete the form and ask what the next step was, when I would be contacted etc. and got the most vague response in the world. I could tell since this wasn't an "exciting" crime nothing would happen and you know what?..Nothing happened! No follow up, no call back(even after I called to follow up) not anything! All I can say is I'm extremely disappointed. Very "bad" boys....pun intended.
