The technician misdiagnosed the issue, charged me over $1,900 for work that did not resolve, and replaced the wrong part. I was told the issue was fixed and to give it a couple of hours, but the problem was never actually corrected. On top of that, additional issues were caused during the service. While working in my attic, he damaged the drywall by putting a hole through it and did not have the professionalism to return and repair the damage. He also failed to properly reconnect the air vent to the HVAC system, leaving it completely disconnected. As a result, heat was escaping into the attic instead of being properly vented outside through the roof. I expected professional service and accountability, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would encourage anyone considering this company to do thorough research before hiring them. Don't let the "Christian company" claim influence your decision, as it did mine.
