08.23.2019 Drew C. came to my house today for my annual AC checkup. This young man was super nice and friendly. He told me what he was doing / looking for when he went to the various parts of the house, Vents, Filter, Blower, & AC unit. I like hearing them explain stuff because it makes me feel like the person is competent and truly knows their field of work. This company goes the extra mile with phone calls / texts of what the tech will look like, what time they are arriving, and protection to your property - like wearing shoes covers every time they enter your home. I didn't have any problems or concerns with this visit, but I am happy to have my AC unit cleaned, and the peace of mind that everything will continue to work as it should. Drew C. is a great tech with a nice attitude, easy to get along with, and conscientious about my rug / property. I am truly happy with the service I received today. 8.9.2019 My utility company left me a note saying I have "unusual water usage and may have leak". I called All Service to setup an appointment. I love how Air Services sends you a message (sms, text, email, your choice) with a photo and some basic info on the tech arriving. Remington was my Plumbing Tech for today. Super friendly and polite. After finding the leak he gave me different options to choose from on how to fix it. (I had a saddle valve leaking). I chose what was best for me and he was done very quickly. I am happy with the work performed and will call Air Services in the future. Before Remington left I asked questions about replacing my water heater and he was very knowledgeable with his answers. This gave me piece of mind knowing what my options are going forward and what to be prepared for. Everyone I've met from Air Services has been knowledgeable and friendly, Remington is no different and this is why it is so easy for me to recommend this company to others. 11.7.2018 Just had my yearly furnace check up. Brandon W. was the tech this time. A very pleasant and courteous young man. Before he started the inspection he double check the repairs that were made on a pipe back on 4.8.2018. (I like that this company re-checks their work even though I said I have had no further problems, this is not sarcasm, I really feel this is attention to detail) Inspection went as usual, I have a fairly new furnace, and nothing was found to be worrisome. Brandon did tell me that I should get a carbon monoxide detector. He took the time to explain parts per million and what is acceptable in a home, and why it is so important to have one. I really like the All Service company and recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing HVAC service. 7.15.2018 I have been a subscriber to the All Service company for two years now and so I am biased that they do a good job. My AC stopped blowing cold air today (Sunday) at 1:30PM. The soonest they could help me was at 7PM, then luckily they had an opening at 4PM. (this may have been luck but I was happy none the less). All Service has a new "thing" where they text you a picture and info about the tech that will be coming to your house! AWESOME. I feel secure opening the door to a man that I am expecting. ALSO in the text is a link to track the tech. Clicking the link on my phone brought up a map (no app install needed) that had my home and the location of the tech and in real time I could see the tech moving closer to my home. AWESOME. Rick was the tech who serviced my AC. He explained what he was looking for as he tested the different parts (capacitor, compressor, freon, etc.), and answered any questions I had. In the end of the service call it was diagnosed that my Nest thermostat was to blame. Thanks All Service for your knowledgeable and patient techs. I am very happy with the service All Service provides. 5.5.2108 Just received a plumbing checkup from Mike M. with All Service. Thankfully everything looked good. Mike M. was polite and professional, explained that my water heater was over 15 years old and I should start thinking about replacing it. Everything else looked good and I can rest easy till next checkup. 4.8.2018 Still a member and during a routine furnace check Brett noticed a discoloration on the ceiling above the furnace, found that one of the pipes did not have a good seal and condensation was forming. Finding AND fixing problems before they get out of control is one of the main reasons I think paying for a membership to All Service is not a waste of money. I also want to give a shout out to #Brett, this is the second time he has serviced my home and I think he is exactly what a professional should be, polite, knowledgeable and has the patience to explain things in layman's terms, to the customer (me). 3.9.2017 I subscribe to the All Service club and recently had a routine check up on my AC. One of the capacitors was replaced under warranty. I am happy with their service and finding problems before they become problems. read more

I would recommend this company to anyone. They are there when they say, very professional, wear booties every time they come into the house, and most importantly - know what they are doing! We have replaced our heating & air units at three different homes this year alone. One is a rental, the other a condo, and lastly a new house we just moved into. In each circumstance, Dirk came and evaluated our needs. Next, the technicians installed the units. Finally, Dirk came back to inspect the job and make sure we were satisfied. All went well except at the condo when the unit started making a noise. Having to drive over 50 miles, Dirk came and brought a technician to check it out. The technician, Ely, who had helped at our other house, was able to determine the problem and fix it at no charge. They also take care of registering the products they install and if there is a rebate, they turn in that paperwork as well. If they are more expensive than others, it is worth the peace of mind knowing they know what they are doing and are there for you when needed. read more

Fantastic! I was in desperate need of some sewer line replacement. All-service was great! Skot and his crew were very professional and polite. They answered all the questions that my husband and I had. It was a bit of sticker shock, but they offered very reasonable financing. They did have a problem with the city's connection, but they did not make me pay for that. The quote they gave me is the price that I ended up paying. It is all worth the money. The did not have to dig up my entire yard, which is very awesome. They showed up early and stayed late to make sure the job was done before the weekend. The following Monday they came out to remove the excess dirt and spread grass seed and hay. A week later Skot came back out to make sure we had no problems. I have never had such great service! I had a new Amana air-conditioner and heater installed in April 2014. I was extremely impressed with the installation team (Brett, Nathan, Brandon, Eli), and the salesman (Pat) was right on the money about the cost. This company's employees are very efficient, and if they quote you a price, and something minor comes up they fix it without increasing the cost. When they do come into the home's interior they wear shoe covers, and clean up their work areas completely - both inside and out. I am very pleased with this new system, and would recommend this company to anyone who needs air conditioning or heater work done. read more

This is an update to a prior review 2 days ago: I had my 2 ac units serviced on 7-18. Well, one of them was still not cooling a few hours after the tech left. I complained, and got a call from the service manager quickly the next morning. A senior tech was sent out the following day, and it was a very simple fix. I loved the follow up, and timeliness with which the situation was handled. This company stands behind their work, and that's not always a given with services nowadays.
