Apparently, November is very busy for good house cleaning service in Kalispell. Must be all the cleanup from Thanksgiving. Under very tight time constraint, she worked miracles to get Shem (owner) to come by to clean the carpet. I thought the carpet was in decent shape until Shem showed me what clean was. It's now often that we come across a cleaning service professional who has higher standards of cleanliness than we do. The previous owners had pets. That smell is completely gone even after the carpet has completely dried. The result was a beyond comparison. After seeing the results, we went from thinking "the carpet might need to be replaced in a year" to thinking "there is no need to change it now." We have a home warranty service, that dispatched A1 Mitchell's Heating and Cooling, they came back…read moreand replace the furnace and had to replace ducting which was not covered under the warranty we paid them $2700 for the ducting, Shortly after our furnace wasn't working, we called warranty on it, A-1 Heating was too busy (below freezing outside) another Heating company came out, called the technicians with the furnace, and determined the ducting was wrong size and caused condensation to go back into furnace and shut down. Cost us another 1,150.00, which Cody from A-1 heating said they would cover the cost. So we paid for it, and they never reimbursed us. We called and got promises, and then would not answer the calls, letters, emails, completely ghost us. Now we have to take them to court over 1,150.00 WOULD BE BUYER BEWARE.
