About 5 minutes into my session with Lisabeth by my feet, I felt an intense energy rushing through my entire body and flowing through my feet. It is such a great class where you learn how to create sacred space in your home. When I first took this class and went home and practiced the techniques, my home immediately felt more peaceful.
