While extremely difficult to get a hold of by phone the services and customer service once there are top notch. I did the crystal bed for the first time and Heather did a great job explaining the process and made sure I was comfortable before exiting the room. Even though it was only 20 min massage Jude made every minute count. Lastly, the yoga was unique experience. I've done yoga for over half my life but this was something new and refreshing. This is my first bad review hopefully it helps someone. The prices here are outrageous and they really push you to buy. I came in to the Taspens store in Boulder and was helped by who I assume to be the owner (women in a wheelchair) and she became really annoyed and rolled her eyes when I decided to do some more research. Basically force fed me a sample of cbd oil on a spoon. I came in very interested in CBD and left with a bad taste in my mouth, LITERALLY!!! Taspen's organic skin cream is amazing. I have used the Hand, Foot and Elbow cream for a couple of years, especially for rough feet in the summer. It's my go-to product. By accident, I found it to be better than arnica in healing bruises for me. Taspen's never dissapoints!! I found out about this company several years ago at a farmer's market in Colorado Springs. The day I was at that market I had one of my terrible migraines. I purchased a few products from this company at the Buffalo Bill Days event on the recommendation of a friend. During the next few months I tried a couple of times to use their eye cream, but ended up with a reaction to one of the ingredients. I saw them this month at another fair I was at and discussed with a person at the booth my experience. She right away apologized and said I could either bring it back to trade for another product or get a refund. As I had purchased all I needed earlier I told her I wanted a refund. I brought the product the next day and she told me she couldn't help after all (very annoying) and told me to call the office number on the bottle. I did and they were also very apologetic for not only my experience with the product, but my experience at the booth. She very quickly took care of me and I received my refund just as quick. THIS IS AN AWESOME COMPANY. They truly stand behind their products!! read more
