We booked the first jump of the day at 10am. The atmosphere was calm and exactly what we hoped to see by getting there early. Very clean and the customer service was top notch. We took a break in our jump time to grab an Icee. A field trip walked in as we were at the concession. It looked like we were going to have to wait behind all the new comers to pay for our drinks which would have taken the majority of our jump time. I took my son here for Midday play date with a friend. This place has gone downhill. We arrived at 11am and the venue was Filthy. Spider web everywhere, hair and small pieces paper on the trampoline's throughout the venue There was no hand sanitizer in the dispenser, and the workers were standing around talking to each other, and not paying attention to the children. I can really tell no one cleans or sanitizes the building Or the equipment regularly. This is a health concern!!! read more

We have celebrated at Air U for a few birthday parties for my grandsons and never have we been disappointed‼ We love that we are given a personal attendant the entire time from when we arrive for setup until after we have departed. On our most recent birthday, the young man even assisted us with loading our vehicleS... three of them. I believe that his name is James. We will probably be returning for a few more years as my youngest (and his friends) absolutely LOVE being able to run and play freely in a safe and watched atmosphere. read more

It's not Air U anymore, it's adventure park.. If you walk in you won't notice much of a difference. I took my son there during winter break it was pretty dead. Which is good and bad. If you have little kids who just want to mosey around and discover trampolines it's cool. But an 11 year old with a ton of energy... Not so much. He got bored quickly. It's great for small kids maybe 7-8 years old would be the sweet spot. We didn't hate it, but I'll stick with Altitude in Bossier for a trampoline park. read more

Nice open space for kids and adults to have a good time. My party was three girls aged 3-8. They enjoyed running around. The staff was nice. There was enough staff on the floor to feel like the kids were in a safe environment. I would recommend for kids parties or a fun date night. read more

It's a large enough place with a reasonable amount of trampolines. I don't have much bad to say about the place, it was more the groups of people that were off putting. The cashier even apologized to me for the group in front of me. Overall, a fun time and a pretty reasonable price. read more

The place is amazing! Best place for people for all ages and ready to exercise and have fun! Its a awesome place to have birthday parties at. Its $12 an hour and get wristbands to wear for the hours you jump. The trampolines cover the floors three stories high! Love the place! read more

Do not have a party here. Nothing is designated for a party but the actual area you have the party set up at. If your black they will rush the kids through the cube pit. If your white they will allow you to take your time. This was a first time party. I had here. And the last will never go back a waste of money. read more

Great way to spend the day and let the kids burn some energy at a reasonable price (13.03 for the first hour and 8.00 for every additional hour). The staff was pleasant and helpful and there was even a sheriff on duty to provide a sense of security; though I don't think it was necessary because the area seemed to be decent (to be fair I was visiting Shreveport from Virginia). There was plenty of seating in the upper decks which allowed parents to watch their children. Additionally, the facility was very clean to include the rest rooms which is always a plus! The only reason I did not give this place five stars is because most of the staff had their shoes on in the jump area; the kids were required to take off both their shoes and their socks. read more

This is a great place to take the kids! My grandchildren love it. Prices are great and the facilities are clean. Everyone was pleasant.

I was disappointed in the way kids are allowed to cut in line, 5 are jumping when only one is supposed to jump at a time. Kids run at full speed around and through kids standing in line. This place is an accident waiting to happen. It is easy for you to have parents sign a waiver, but rules should be adhered to so they feel their children have a safe experience. read more

Kids throughly enjoyed it. One hour is plenty of time. It was very clean. The 'flight attendants' were very attentive and made sure the kids were taking turns and safe while playing. Reason for 4 stars: front desk attendants were rude when we checked in.... definitely not a great first impression. Also, The music is also very very loud!
