It's okay... These are my personal opinions. I understand not everyone is going to agree and I'm okay with that. I hope the staff can read and consider these issues/solutions. What I like: 1. The interior is nice, very well kept. The carpet is clean, tables are nice and simple and there's seats on the side of the rink so you're not forced to sit at a table if you don't want to. 2. Bathrooms are clean. No mirrors in the bathrooms. Not a big deal but just kinda weird tho. 3. The skate floor is AMAZING. Feels so smooth, I feel like it's perfect and super comfy on my skates. Great wood, and the carpeting in the front is great with your skates on. Everything is open which is nice. I honestly haven't felt any bumps or cracks on the floor. 4. Speaker systems are great. Good volume, rich bass and overall great time. I wish they could play more 2000s throwbacks but that's my personal opinion. What I don't like: 1. Too crowded. Like, extremely, extremely crowded. I feel like I'm at woodstock. Due to the hours being very limited, the only time to really skate is the weekends. There's so many kids running around without skates on the rink. Back in Michigan, many rinks had a rule: "you must have skates to be on the roller rink". Here? Do whatever you want. I'm not trying to get into a lawsuit because some stupid parent isn't watching their kid and I accidentally hit/seriously injure them because they're running everywhere around the floor unsupervised. I feel like the staff don't enforce those rules enough and just let everyone do whatever they want. That sounds great until there's 7 kids on the rink running all over the place, a group of adults just standing and talking on the rink and blocking skaters and a few kids with the PVC rollers leaving them unattending on the rink floor. 2. The hours. Hours are extremely weird. I would love to come in during the morning. Every time I come, there's too many people because they open after many people get off of work. I would love to come in on a Saturday around 9am or so to avoid the traffic and people. 4. Rental skates are ruthless and will tear your feet apart. I bring my own skates so it's not a problem, but if you are new to skating and would like to learn, please buy your own. I have made some topics of implementing solutions instead of me only focusing on the problem and I really hope the owners see this and really consider implementing these: 1. Build an additional rink inside the building: There's an ice rink in Dallas that has 2 rinks inside the building. They would usually have the first rink for those who wanted to take ice skating lessons, parties or for children during the weekends. The other rink across the hallway was for adults only. It helped immensely with large crowds so it didn't feel like it was crammed. I know building another rink is extremely costly, but it could definitely boost customer morale and introduce skating lessons while still having public skate in the same building but 2 different rinks. This would also help those who want to skate but feel intimidated by the large crowds. This could be a great potential to increase profits. If building an additional rink is not feasible due to the property limits, why not build a rink in north bossier? 2. Increase hours/implement morning skate: I feel like this place only likes to open during peak rush hour in traffic. Everyone is getting off work, so why not go skate for a bit? The problem is that many potential customers, including myself, do not like to go out during rush hour or at night. Airline traffic is a nightmare. Morning skate would be amazing to beat the traffic, skate when less people are there and honestly I wouldn't mind paying a few extra bucks if I could skate on a saturday at 8AM. 3. Skate Shop: I am not sure how getting the licensing and how difficult it is to get the rights to sell skates, wheels, etc. but it would be amazing to have a skate shop with all the essentials. Pro skaters go through wheels quickly, I would love to buy wheels there. I would also love to buy new rollerblades there because I could try them on instead of risking a pricey purchase on an online store when I don't know if that skate will fit me or not. Conclusion: This place is okay. I would probably go here almost every week if it offered: no children days/times, more relaxed lighting that didn't shoot lasers in your eyes and flexible hours. I legit would pay extra for adult/morning skate. I love to rollerblade. It's my passion and helps my mind focus. read more

I actually got to experience the business in live action and I HAD SO-MUCH-FUN!! It was an adult only evening but it had all the fun I remember from my youth. Limbo. Racing. ( I came in DEAD LAST for my age group) The only thing it didn't have was the grace of my youth. Hahahahahaha. I was like a hippopotamus on wheels. But it was fun. I'm a driver from San Antonio and asked one of the locals at one my deliveries what was good to eat around here and he referred me here. He said "I know it's a skating rink, they just started serving food and it's probably the best food you'll get around here." And boy he was right. I got the beef tip special and was not disappointed. This place is disgusting!!! The skates are so gross, the carpet is sticky and disgusting, the skate floor is so horrible. It needs to be redone very badly. My husband brought his own skates and when we got there his wheels her perfectly clean; after leaving this place they had so much gunk on the wheels. The bathroom is nasty, like hasn't been cleaned in forever. The works are less than happy to be there. We will not be back. read more

Horrible customer service. If you are looking for a birthday party, go elsewhere. The bathrooms were nuclear they were so disgusting. There were no closing doors on the stalls, and like 4 inches of dirty water on the floor. The staff lost our sons birthday candles, gave him locked skates, so he couldn't actually skate, didn't bring enough pizza or drinks for our kids, one girl spilled her drink, I just bought another after waiting 20 minutes. They do not give you a voucher for your kids to come back to skate (not that we would) like their website says. They miscounted the children, over charging us, and when we brought it up, the "manager" was extremely rude to me. The place was filthy! They played inappropriate music for a 7 year old birthday party. They only had races for the older kids, they didn't do they fun games I remember as a kid like the hokey pokey. Everything about this place was horrible. I was so disappointed since I used to love this place as a kid. :( Edited to add, I emailed hot wheels to explain our frustrations, which they never replied to. This skating rink NEEDS a MAJOR overhaul! Nasty and disgusting, smells like a garbage dump, and is totally unprepared for a busy Saturday. Concession lines way too long, bathrooms are nasty and the floor is constantly wet. The price of the "skate-mates" is outrageous, and birthday parties need to be executed better. THIS PLACE IS AWFULL!!!!! Never let your child come here ( and this is coming from a thirteen year old). First of all, the first time I went there it was a fun get away for me and my friends to hang out outside of school. The second time we went, it was with lots more people and we noticed that people were not sober, making out in the corner, and fighting. The third and final time we went is today. We were having a nice time and I tried roller blades for the first time (which is beside the point but yay me!) there was a huge fight! It was definitely not the best place for my dad to secretly be there at the time, but boy am I glad he was!!! A boy was talking rudely to a girl and she got defensive, she threw water at his face, and he began beating her up. This is were my dad comes in. He broke up the fight and was the hero of the day! But a girl got seriously hurt and the boy was seriously an idiot! In conclusion, do not bring your child to this skating rink and drop them off for hours at a time.
