I renewed my Aria Fitness membership! I was a member here years ago. I shifted to LA Fitness for a bit, until they shut down (without warning). I stopped in Aria Fitness, and was very impressed with the new manager, Eric. I can 100% recommend this place, as the best kept (almost secret) gym in the area. Here is exactly what I like about it: It smells good in here. An aroma therapy the moment you walk in the door, and they gym and bathrooms are always clean (spotless). The overall space is much larger inside, with two levels (see pics). Open 24/7! --I have a key fob, and can use the gym anytime DAY or NIGHT (nothing else like this nearby, AT ALL). They have EVERYTHING you need (see pics). Plenty of well kept equipment. Treadmills, ellipticals, bikes etc. Smith machine, leg press, and free squat rack. Pull down cable station , for triceps, rows and back etc. Racks of free weights, and nothing is ever missing. Tons of attachments, all well organized. At LA Fitness, I could never find matching weights/ attachments. Always waiting for machines etc. Here at Aria Fitness, it is never packed. You can workout and it feels like your own private gym. So, If you are overweight and like to work out in private. This place is great. A body builder will find everything they need here, with NO distractions. They do have classes and training available. BONUS: They just added an infrared sauna (sweet)! Management is doing a GREAT job! Eric is VERY friendly and attentive to the gym members. I signed up for a 6 week challenge in 2019 not knowing that they had signed me up for 1 yr of boot camp. The usual hours for boot camp are at 6:30am, 8am and 6pm, 7pm. There used to be 4:30pm classes which worked for me however they don't offer many class times, space is limited and the equipment is mediocre. For the price they charged - $33/week ($132 monthly), you can get better classes, schedules and ample space and equipment at local CrossFit gyms/other boot camps. It is true that they don't answer the phones or return messages. I went there in person to personally cancel my membership because they continued to charge me even though Mike, the CEO, communicated through email that he would cancel on the date exactly 1 year from when I initially signed up. When I cancelled, he listed the reason as "COVID" which wasn't even the case. If the schedules and the costs work for you, great! But do keep in mind, you can get plenty more and better results for boot camp for your money. read more

This gym is sketchy. Don't use your bank info or regular card to pay (i recommend using a cashapp card where you can add the monthly amount to) because they take your money randomly then they don't reply when you contact them about it. It's a good gym for people who like to workout in private since it was mostly empty when I went but they also don't have a lot of equipment. read more

This place is a SCAM. Your money will be more worthwhile elsewhere. I payed the same here (30 a month) as a high end gym with everything you could possibly need +more and they act like it's a deal. They never clean the gym even in a middle of a pandemic. They'll charge you for things you never signed up for. Staff is inconsistent and they failed to cancel my membership when I asked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. READ REVIEWS before signing up. If you find yourself being charged for something, DO NOT let them keep that money. Demand a refund or take them to small claims court. 0 stars if u could. I'd find closing member ship requests on the table stating they were canceling for reasons like getting charged for 12 sessions when they weren't even doing the classes due to COVID on top of them not even agreeing to want to take those classes. Gym is nice, but never clean. Staff are never present, so good luck getting anyone to help you with anything. Company only lets you speak with trainers and never with customer service nor the owners. Then, they'll charge you extra fees when they want. I'm addition, when you cancel, they continue to try to charge you for a membership when you haven't been a customer in a year. read more

They started to charge me for things I didn't sign up for and tried to talk to them and was reassured it would be fixed and a "credit" would be put on my account to only get charged again. Best gym ever! I admit I was hesitant about joining at first. Their prices compared to big name facilities were incredible. Almost seemed too good to be true. But it's real! Aira offers not just gym memberships, but they have 1 on 1 personal training, small group training, bootcamp classes, and often have super fun challenges and contests where you can win prizes like discounts, free memberships, and even VACATIONS! I've been going to Aira for well over a year now and couldn't be happier. One of the benefits of a smaller facility is the sense of family and community that comes with with. Everyone is supper supportive and friendly. Having that connection with others really helped hold me accountable. Highly recommend this gym! read more

This is a smaller gym but I've never had to wait for a machine. The staff is friendly and non-judgmental. They've made a lot of improvements lately (e.g., repainting, stair master machine). It's kept clean and smells wonderful. I haven't tried to cancel so I can't speak to that but I started here on a Groupon deal and they have been reasonable and fair with me so far in terms of sign up and price. Do not join this gym, they will never let you cancel. I have been attempting to do so since December of 2021 and I am still getting billed. Nobody replies to emails or replies to FB messages unless you are asking how to give them money. Total fraud and horrible customer service. read more

My experience with this gym was terrible. I won a free one week trial and got charged $200 twice throughout the trial. They had my card information because I had to put down a $25 deposit in case I didn't return the key fob, but that was supposed to be refunded if I returned it once the trial was up. The first time I got charged $200, I was refunded, no problem. The second time (charged $200 again and no refund of the $25), I had to file a dispute because the manager there refused to give me a refund even though I returned the fob before the week was over. The key fob that was given to me never even worked in the first place. After I won the dispute, thank goodness I got a new card number because even though they claimed that they deleted my account, I got an email saying that my $50 payment didn't go through. Idk why they would even attempt to take more money from me when I never agreed to a membership and don't have a key fob in my possession. Stay far away if u don't want surprise charges on your account. read more

We never really think about how a gym can completely transform our confidence. Aira has really changed the way I feel and look. When you sign up you don't imagine all the help and motivation you receive while on the road to your weight loss goal. All the trainers at Aira are great and the private Facebook group for announcements is awesome. I've signed up for the 6 week challenge in order to meet my weight loss goal and Trainers work with you and have one on one sessions after bootcamp. I thought that I would take the opportunity to warn anyone he might be offered a "free" 30 day membership. First of all, they will tell u immediately that they already gave them all away, even though it seems like they do not have very many members. Then, an attractive young lady will invite u to one of their locations, and attempt to get ur debit card info. They want to charge almost $300 for their private training sessions, to which I declined. Then, she offered me a membership, the total cost with application fees and such, is also almost $300. I went for it, saying that they cannot take these fees out all at once. (They will do it all at once anyway!) Then, when u attempt to contact anyone, suddenly, no one is available. They take ur money, then disappear, how convenient. Warning, the gym isnt very nice, the equipment is really dirty, and they lack enough free weights so that a person cannot really do a complete work out. (I have been training for almost 35 years), so buyer beware: join this club, lose ur money!!! read more
