I also had to BEG them to cut my cuticles that were hanging off my nails. The acrylic that was placed was so thin I knew the set wouldn't last. I took it upon myself to remove them at home with acetone. And let me just say it was a horrible. *we all know why they don't use acetone to remove acrylic in the salon instead they use a fake nail to pop them off* I also had a Gel pedicure, we pay $15 extra for gel that peels off the same day? This was my first pedicure since I had my baby over 14months ago! I just wanted some relaxing time to myself. Don't get me started on the tools that are reused between each client. I watched her pull tools from a basket use them on me, rinse them off and place them back in the same basket.
