I've been coming to Cathy's for about a year and half now and they are by far the best nail shop in town. I've been to a ton of other places but Cathy's is the only place that knows what they are doing. They paint up to the cuticles so you can wait a little longer in between fills. They are always welcoming and professional. I'm always satisfied when I leave their shop. I found out last week they offer eyebrow tattooing and decided to try it out. They did a fantastic job, I really couldn't be happier. If you're looking at getting your eyebrows tattooed you should definitely check out Cathy's. I'm not sure why they have bad reviews for their place being dirty, it's not really dirty it's just an old building. They use clean instruments every time I come in and the place looks fine to me. I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about. I've been going to this salon since 2018 and never had a problem. I noticed that the reviews are 4 to 5 years old and maybe the salon was under different ownership? The current owners try to accommodate everyone as fast as they can with a limited staff. I've never waited more then 30 minutes and this is without an appointment. I'll keep coming back because a good salon is hard to find. You should check them out. read more

Super disappointed, I thought this nail studio is good but I was wrong. I went there once on a Monday at 10am and I was the only customer. However, went I went there today, Wednesday at 3pm was told to come back in an hour, which I did. I came back 4pm and there were 2 customers waiting and 3 customers were already getting their nails done. Then they finished one customer and they told that they will serve the one customer who has an appointment. Later they told that they will serve that other customer. Hello I was there hours ago. After one hour waiting and no help I left. I am not going to a nailstudio to wait over 3 hours to get my nails done especially since I was there and they know that I was there before everyone else. Im spending my money there were they respect a customer. Bottom line customer service sucks, nails studio is dirty and unorganized. They take forever to finish one set of nails. My daughter and I had a good experience at the nail salon today. The pedicures were thorough and the chairs are comfortable. I liked the natural option rather than chemicals. I appreciate the salon offering a natural product. My daughter who is five years old received a good pedicure and loves the sparkly, glitter polish in her toes. read more

I got rainbow chrome nails done and had to return the next day because it started to come off. It was especially bad on 3 nails, but it was uneven and just plain ugly on all of the nails. Cathy just wanted to fix 3 of the nails, even though all of the people who worked there and I could clearly see that the whole thing was a mess. I didn't want to sit through another lengthy process, so I asked to replace it with something simpler. Cathy got upset, but didn't say anything. She just took it out on me by getting acetone and squeezing it so hard in the bowl that it splashed all over my dress. After that she told me that I would have to pay extra because I switched to another color. The other employees were very kind and tried to talk to her about it. In the end, Cindy redid my nails for free. Cindy is very sweet, but Cathy was VICIOUS! read more
