Shower door kept falling off and was size of phone booth with awful water pressure. We had called ahead to ask for sheet since no ac but they acted like they didnt know what a sheet was and gave us 2 duvets. Definitely don't stay in room 7.

Once you place your order your worries will fade away though, as you enjoy the view and dine on stellar seafood. The rooms and bathrooms have been renovated and are really nice, mattresses are comfortable, the whole house is kept very clean. The ceilings are quite low on the edges so you have to watch your head. There's a pretty nice common area with couches, a TV and some games as well as tea and coffee. A great asset is the view, it's right on the lake and there are some seats and tables outside to enjoy your surroundings and the amazing sunsets. Google maps was not able to correctly find this place but gets you close enough - then just look for the Birches sign on the lake side of the road.
