Everything went great. We agreed to pick up our paint order the next evening because we had ordered 40+ litres. Next day we go in, no body seems to know what we're talking about, everybody is shrugging at each other, even the same guy from the day before looked at us like he'd never seen us before. Our order was never made and they never called us so, we drove there for nothing. They told us it would probably be ready before close, but we never got a call. Not feeling very confident in our $400+ order now! Fingers crossed it all turns out ok!

This is a very long store with the paint selection in the back. The pricing looks pretty high in here but it looks to be a one stop shop. The women behind the counter were dealing with a customer and they looked like they were giving personalised service. The place has furniture, lamps and decoration accessories that is a bit conservative for my aesthetics but would be pleasing to the local Mission cliental. The place is tastefully laid out and I am sure you get what you needed here if you are renovating details of your home.

That means I need a lot - and I mean a LOT - of paint. I came here one afternoon with a list of paints picked out by my interior decorator (Dasan Interiors, look her up!) and a wallet that knew it was about to get the diet of its life. The nice woman behind the desk took down my order and helped me calculate how much paint I would need. Unfortunately we hit a snag right away. I was buying Pratt & Lambert Matte/Flat finishes, which aren't big sellers for them. As a result, they didn't have enough of the base color to mix my paints. OH NO! That was a huge problem, because I officially moved into the house in 5 days and they wouldn't get a new shipment for 2 - 3 weeks. What's a man to do? Luckily, in stepped a very nice German-sounding man whose name escapes me. Together, they deduced that I could use a C2 paint for the base, then use the Pratt and Lambert as my second coat - and everyone would win! Babes wouldn't even notice that my base coat wasn't the same as my top coat. Oh, I'm a sly devil alright. So I waited about 35 minutes (I didn't have a watch or I certainly would have timed it for all my devout Yelp fans), got the paint, loaded up my car and sped off to adorn my dudeplex in the finest shades of gray. One thing you should know: Paint is absurdly expensive. Just painting my house will wind up running me over $1,000, I'm sure of it. But at least my walls will look nice when I'm sitting on the floor because I can't afford furniture. All in all my experience here was excellent, no complaints. That is - until I see whether or not that bottom base coat actually looks okay or not. Fingers crossed.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and are able to answer questions and find stock VERY quickly. And my mother will ONLY buy paint from here because of how good they are! The only downfall is sometimes things can be a little pricey but in my opinion, the prices are worth the merchandise. I always have fun in this place and I do not really care much for hardware stores!!!

I went into Southpointe Paint & Decor and to say I was treated extremely well by Dave - who I later learned was the owner - is an under-statement. Dave made the art of painting a seam simple. He gave me tips on the job I wanted to do, how to repair divots in my walls, the right brushes, priming, painting, etc etc... On top of that, Dave helped me carry all the product to my vehicle - you rarely see that kind of service these days. Most memorable words spoken by Dave, "I really appreciate your business - I know you have choices out that and I'm grateful you chose my store!" ...I've never heard the big box stores say those words... Went in to Cloverdale today (Sunday) to purchase another gallon of paint to complete my project…read more Fortunately, there was only one other customer in the store, so they weren't busy. Waited around the front desk for quite a while before someone came to provide service. I had the previous can with me that showed the brand, make, type, blend, colour and all details they would need. I specifically asked the person whether they had this paint and they said "Yes". They rang up the invoice and I paid. Then I waited again for quite a while. Finally another person came out as asked "Are you waiting for the Renaissance?" (the brand of paint). I said "Yes". They then said "We don't have any of this paint." (No apology). They said they thought it might be in tomorrow, or I could go to another Cloverdale store (the closest one is a 20 minute drive away). They told me that the delivery truck would be bringing it tomorrow (Monday) and would be there between 07:00 and 09:00. So I told them I would be there at 09:00 to pick up my paint. I was very disappointed. They could have offered a discount for my inconvenience, but nothing ... I won't go go back to this store. UPDATE: Monday Went in this morning at 09:00 as I said I would. I went to the counter and when I explained why I was there, I was told that the paint still wasn't there because the truck was late. Once again, no apology. So now I will have to make a THIRD trip to the store just to get one gallon of the common paint that I need for my project, and which I have already paid for. The management of this store really needs to have a look at their business model and apply whatever measures are necessary to fix it. It is currently broken.

Memory foam is great.......NOT! 10 year warranty that applies to a 3/4" depression.......not when they engineer it enough to never hit that limit. I will NEVER shop here again and NEVER buy a Serta mattress again. Serta icomfort absolutely sucks! Never again!!!!!!!!!!
