Perfect Home, Airdrie My wife and I purchased a couch that…read morewas not in stock early January and we were told it would be delivered by Valentine's Day. We were ok with the timeline as we were not wanting a floor model. February 10th we called and asked if our couch was still to be delivered by Feb 14th and after waiting 2 days for a call back we were told the couch didn't get on the ship and we would have to wait another 6-8 weeks. Our frustration got the best of us and we asked for a refund of the extra protection plan we had purchased. They obliged but were not happy about giving us any money back even with the delay. We were then told Mar 29th for delivery. Fast forward to today, Mar 4th, I called to confirm the couch made it into the ship and AGAIN without a word of communication from Perfect Home we were bumped again to end of April with 0 explanation. They suggested perhaps the tariffs delayed the shipment, even though the tariffs were only implemented that morning. We have since got a full refund for the couch and would love to pass the message around that this business operates in a way no business ever should. No communication during any of these delivery bumps and no offer of a refund or doing anything for us on their end. I had to voice my frustration and anger towards them for them to even offer any sort of compensation. And even then no compensation was given just money back that we had already paid out of pocket for the couch. I've never experienced such terrible customer service from a business before. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Unless you want to be disappointed and left in the dark in regard to your furniture purchase. The only solution given to us was to come in and buy a floor model, other than that they couldn't care less for helping you. They will happily tell you it will be here in X days but will not guarantee their word.

We ordered a table, hutch and sectional in November 2017 and have had issues with the table and hutch ever since. The table was damaged as was the hutch. It is now the end of March 2018 and we still have not had this issue resolved. We have had three trucks come and try to rectify the issue and each time was no success. They were missing parts on the initial delivery and the guy mentioned that they didn't know when they would get the parts. The second time was the same. They dispatched a repair crew with no parts. The third and most recent time they sent us a table that had cracks in it. This is unacceptable. I paid over $6000 for everything and expect to have my purchase not be damaged. I can understand one time, but over 4 months and this still won't be fixed. The most recent time I spoke to warranty, they had no idea when they would get the parts or what was on their trucks. All I can say is Stay away! Spend your money elsewhere.

I was in the area having lunch when I came across Junk in the Trunk, thrift store in Ogden. I…read morealways love walking into thrift stores and seeing what people have discarded, only to be rediscovered by someone else. As soon as you walk in you realize this isn't your average thrift store. The store is well laid out, organized and has that fantastic smell of used gear (but in a good way); it all brings back good memories of the past. They have a good assortment of records (yes vinyl is making a comeback). And they are dirt cheap; mostly costing less than a buck! I picked up two records and it cost me a toonie. How great is that!! The store shelves are organized in a great way, great friendly and inviting owners, wonderful jazz music was playing in the background, housewares, books, clothing, toys, electronics and even furniture were available to snap up. Be careful, walk into Junk in the Trunk and you'll be walking into a time-warp that you may not want to leave.

Think of this place as a fancy-fancy furniture store. Honestly, I was literally blown away by how…read morenice the furniture and accessories are in this place. Everything was so nice, in fact, I felt like I didn't belong. After spending a couple minutes in the store Iknew everything was way too expensive for me, but I couldn't stop looking around. It was all such intriguing merchandise that I spent way more time than necessary looking around at everything. They've got such a unique selection of products in the store like old grandfather clocks, authentic bird cages, and even old school snow shoes. They've got some paintings for sale, most depicting an older, western scene. You can buy couches, beds, dressers, tables, chairs, blankets, pretty much anything you can think of. You have to special order everything, but you get to pick your stain colour and fabrics as well. I think it's cool that you can kind of custom make your own furniture. The lady working there (perhaps the owner?) was really friendly and eager to offer a hand or answer any questions. She directed me to their website, saying that all their products were online. The funny thing is, you can't order anything from the website, only view what they have. It's a high-priced store, but the goods are all so beautiful! I enjoyed just browsing around at all the neat and interesting things they had in this store. It was really neat!

It had nothing to do with the "fluffing of the couch" as I do this regularly. Anyways, I ended up having to go into this store and threatening to go to the better business bureau after the owner argued with me in front of my 3 small children about the defective and junk product they sold me as they were refusing to just send me a new cover and fix it. The customer service at this store is the worst I have ever experienced. In the end after dealing with the back and forth for months, I did get a new cover but it is still not fitting properly and I have never heard back from the store. They sent a third party to install the new fabric and then never bothered to follow up. Horrible customer service and junk product.

They are ice skates that have been customized and turned into roller skates. In great condition and were fairly priced. I've only ever seen leather white or black vintage skates but these are suede and red! I've been looking for a pair for months and this is the first pair I have ever found and I lucked out by them being my size! I've already took them out for a spin and they're perfect, just need to switch the indoor wheels for outdoor wheels and I'm all set! They had a wide variety of booths with everything you could ever imagine including a booth full of video games and my personal favourite Pyrex! Definitely worth the drive from Calgary and will be stopping here more in the future! The staff was super friendly and kind!
