I didn't have to wait long at all to meet my physiotherapist. I attended 6 sessions, and each time was instructed what to do, and was then left alone to complete the task while my therapist tended to other patients. He was a very nice young man, and this would be my only negative, but a big one. I feel someone should be at your side making sure you are doing the exercises correctly. After all, you are trying to recover from either an injury or an operation. I didn't feel a one on one connection at all. This I found disappointing. I felt like more personal attention was being paid to the clients who had insurance that covered longer term therapy. However, I found Cam, his assistant extremely helpful, full of all kinds of suggestions and he would check in on me during exercises sometimes to make sure I was doing them correctly. During the icing times, he was pleasant and engaged in conversation with me and made me feel like my healing mattered. I appreciated the sincerity of his concern for my overall healing process.

Skilled, and receptive to the client's input, Stephanie has provided a gradual progression of exercises both in the office, and for homework, reinforcing the improvement to movement and comfort. No one lets you sit there for any amount of time on your own which is nice! I have been to other physio offices elsewhere where I have felt rushed and just one in a large pile to be processed so to speak. I This office is very open and there are about 8 beds. If you insist on privacy you will not have it here but everyone is there more or less for recuperative reasons and it is comfortable enough. There is a small waiting area, front desk receptionist and overall, I find the program to be very helpful and organized. Timing is always spot on and I have always been able to get in and out in under an hour while getting useful treatment.

The first day was my assessment appointment and it was done by Andrew whom I found to be understanding, considerate and knowledgeable. All of the following sessions were handled by Enoch who was also very knowledgeable in post operative therapy. Each class began with 15 minutes of warm up exercises led by Allie. I wasn't at all sure how a group class would work for me but it turned out to be pleasant and most importantly successful. The guidance and instruction given to ensure that I followed and did the exercises correctly without issue was very helpful. Continued treatment of lower back pain over many years by one of their physiotherapists has been…read moreexcellent and had given me many years of continued mobility allowing me to travel world wide up to 5 trips per year. Referral for X-ray, ultra-sound imaging has helped my spinal specialist to continue further treatment including MIR diagnosis and spinal injections. I was referred to the specialist by the clinic's PT. Parking at time is iffy but come a bit early and you will find free parking.

That is not the case here. They have noted that I had multiple physio appointments but no notes or record of what exercises or plan they had done. Essentially, at each follow-up it was like a whole new visit with many "what did we recommend last time?" Pathetic. 2) customer service Imagine trying to get a progress note sent to your physician. It's like pulling teeth. They promise that they will get it done promptly, many weeks later you're still waiting and after calling to inquire you're met by an abrasive and dismissive admin assistant who says no note to that effect was on the chart (see point 1). Incompetence runs very high in this place. 3) questionable billing Check your credit card statement. I have a few charges above and beyond what was agreed that "magically appeared" on my statement...these are currently in the process of being investigated by my credit card company and hopefully a chargeback will ensue. Bottom line is, there are far better and more ethical places to find in the city for physio and other allied health professionals. I, unfortunately, looked for the cheapest place and essentially got what I paid for -- a shit experience. Stay away.
