I appreciate the owner, Lisa, taking the time to speak with me over the phone, as she was calm and professional. However, during that conversation, Carrie interrupted when she was not even part of the discussion. This was unprofessional and uncalled for, and it made the situation even worse. I was willing to even take half a refund. Lisa's reasoning was that she personally didn't see the filler mishap and because she "trusts Carrie" but I don't feel that's acceptable. My lips were visibly bumpy and distorted and I have photos and videos to prove it. Dismissing a client's lived experience and pain simply because you trust your staff over your patient is not how you run an ethical business. It's also unreasonable to suggest that I return to the same injector who already messed up my lips. Once trust is broken, it's broken. At this point, I feel betrayed, dismissed, and extremely disappointed. I trusted this spa. The refund policy itself felt contradictory and designed to avoid responsibility. Because of the lack of professionalism, honesty, and accountability, I feel I have no choice but to escalate this further with the medical board and the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but stressful and heartbreaking, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before coming here. read more

And if you bring up concerns, instead of handling it with care, she immediately gets defensive and hides behind "years of experience" as if that excuses mistakes. I was asked to tip at the end of my botox session which is inappropriate and a huge turn off. I did enjoy my session with Marissa, so I wanted to come back. I noticed I was charged a consultation fee, as a new client, I wasn't sure what that meant. I came back a month later for a botox touch up and a facial. I noticed that I was charged once again for a consultation fee (and once again asked to tip on the botox). I asked the front desk about the consultation fee, and she said "oh that should have been removed at appointment time, it's a hold fee if I no show". I asked if that was the case, then why was I charged it last month. The person at the front desk told me in no way was I charged a consultation fee last month for my appointment. So I looked her straight in the eye and said, then check. A minute to two later, she just says, I went back in our records, saw the charge, and you will see the refund on your CC in a few days. No apologies or anything. It was rude to not have any customer service here, especially since I was told I was wrong when I was indeed, correct. For my facial. The aesthetician wore gloves the entire time. I didn't love that, and tried to not think about it too much. For the dermaplane, she used a machine to remove the hair, which I have never experienced before, and it was not great. I don't understand how that is better than a fine blade. Then, to remove the whiteheads/blackheads, ANOTHER machine was used. It felt like my sensitive skin was literally raked over by both machines. The next day my face was raw. I can accept my facial didn't meet my standards, but the asking for a tip on injectable service and no customer service when a mistake was made, means I won't be back. There are a bunch of other locations to try instead. Good pricing on injectables though. read more

I regret going to Aire Medical Spa. Lisa makes you sign piles of consent forms before any treatment, and later uses them as an excuse to avoid accountability. During microneedling, Lisa was extremely aggressive, which made pigmentation worse instead of better. When concerns were raised with before and after photos, she dismissed them by saying the pigmentation "was already there" and pointed to her strict "no refunds" policy. She also pushes expensive add-ons, like a $600 "aftercare package," and recommends treatments such as CO laser even though she has little to no real experience with them. On top of that, she pushes financing through Cherry, and once you're approved, she pressures you to spend the full amount you qualify for. Overall, Lisa's approach feels more like a high-pressure sales pitch than genuine patient care. If you value your skin and your money, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a provider who is professional, accountable, and focused on safe results. read more

Lisa and Jasmine are so sweet and amazing at what they do! I came here for aging concerns around my nasolabial folds, and I'm so happy I did. They don't push any crazy treatments that you don't need and I walked out of here looking like myself.
