I came in for a facial balancing service and unfortunately, my results are not balanced my right jaw is still noticeably uneven compared to my left. This was really disappointing, especially after spending over $2,500 for 3 syringes and trusting their work & the process. There are some good parts about the experience nurse Helen was cool, my left jaw looks amazing, and my chin is nice. I'm also not clenching my jaw anymore, which means no headaches. They offered a free virtual call to assess results after two weeks and even gave me a courtesy check in at the two week mark, which I appreciated even though it didn't change the outcome. I chose three syringes because I've seen other people I know & spoken with achieve beautiful results with that amount, and it clearly can work because everything turned out fine except for my right jaw. I'm just really bummed. I understand that adjustments can sometimes be needed, and most places offer a free touch up. I thought they would do I didn't ask before booking. I also understand that everyone's anatomy is different, but it feels unfair to lean on that explanation when the end result is still visibly uneven. and I do appreciate that they offered complimentary tox. (Which I'm not going in for, I won't be back here) However, I was told no additional filler could be done, unless I spent more money, which leaves me feeling stuck with results I'm not happy with. Right now, it doesn't feel like I received the level of outcome or value I was hoping for. When someone invests this kind of money, there's an expectation that the outcome reflects the level of care, precision, and pride in the work. I just wish there was more accountability and a solution that actually addressed the imbalance. I had a disappointing experience with Laura, the owner, during a recent virtual consultation regarding lip filler she performed on me a few years ago. At the time of my original appointment, I received one syringe of Juvaderm from Laura. I've noticed what appears to be some migration and reached out simply to ask about options for dissolving it and whether there would be a cost involved. Because I live several hours away, I scheduled a virtual consultation just to get information before potentially making the drive. I went into the appointment with no expectations and was completely transparent that it had been a few years since the treatment. I simply asked if dissolving migrated filler was something they ever did as a courtesy, or what the typical cost would be. Unfortunately, the interaction quickly became defensive and dismissive. Rather than explaining possible outcomes or discussing why migration can sometimes occur, Laura repeatedly suggested that migration after this amount of time would only happen if I had received filler somewhere else. I clarified multiple times that I had not had any additional filler done elsewhere. She also stated that after a few years my body should have already absorbed the filler. (Based off my pic, it has not) When I tried to explain what I was observing with my own lips, the response felt more like my concerns were being dismissed than evaluated. While she ironically stated she couldn't clearly evaluate my lips over the camera and would need to see them in person, the conversation still felt accusatory and unprofessional. I would have appreciated a more neutral and informative response, especially considering filler migration and long-term persistence of filler are widely discussed possibilities in this field. I understand that complications or subtle changes can occur over time, and I wasn't expecting guarantees or free services. I was simply hoping for a professional conversation about potential causes, options moving forward. The lack of responsibility and humility in trying to rectify the issue and preserving a relationship with a client was super off-putting. All in all, I left the consultation feeling dismissed and blamed for something I was trying to address responsibly. For a practice with such a strong reputation, I expected a much more empathetic and professional approach when a former client reached out with concerns. Honestly I came in thinking the best of this place bcs they have great reviews and so does Helen, but the effort she put into my lips was so effortless, for HALF a ml.. I left with my lips looking ok but even during the procedure I felt her almost pierce through my lip... in these photos you can see me pushing out my lip filler and another where my lips are rested. As if the filler is hiding behind my lip frame. Honestly the worst injector and I think it has to do with the fact that she might be too comfortable thinking she's great. I'll be honest, Laura insisted on something I didnt want. I came in asking specifically for radiesse, which i always do for cheeks, and she pretty much refused. So she used juvederm, and I hardly noticed a difference when finished. I've been doing radiesse for cheeks for years always loving it. At the end of the appointment she even admits "radiesse gives more volume" and i said oh really? She replies, yeah it has 1.5 ml vs juvederm having only 1ml and i said okay that makes sense... Honestly, I dont usually write negative reviews, but I feel when the customer is paying, they should have a say and not feel pressured for what they want. Also, she should try to smile more. I was there today 11/25/25 at 10:45 am. First off the girl in the front says, we have you down for 10:00 am which was a lie and I told her no, I wrote down the time and date with the person I spoke to on the phone. This place not only wasted my time but my gas, and I took a day off work!! I live in Santa Clarita and I was going here for injections and I even had a membership. I was a loyal customer and it's always something with this place the past few times I went. You would think the owner would make herself aware of the situation and make herself aware of what's going on because of the inconvenience. You think she would've keep herself informed of issues so she could try to make things better. When entering my new card information it kept saying my card was declined, but my card my card was not declined. I even called my bank on the phone with them at the place! Their system was reading the card wrong and my bank confirmed this as well. I got a new card issued to me as my old one expired and I got issued a new card like everyone does at some point. The system kept going through with the old card information and they told me to come back today and that they would fix the issue and said they figured it out. So I go back today which took 45 minutes and they had the nerve to say "oh did you fix it with your bank?" Lol wow! I told the girl at the front desk, no it's your guys's system. Your system is not reading my card correctly. I even had my bank on the phone. I had more than sufficient funds. It was taking the old information and again my bank confirmed this with me today. I literally have been using my card every where else. Why would they call me and say they fixed the issue and waste my time?! Why have me come down here if you weren't gonna really fix the problem?? I bet if I was an influencer or a "celeb" they would have took it more seriously. How disgusting and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere. They didn't even apologize for wasting my time and taking a day off work. The owner is a real POS, she was right there hearing everything and just walked to the back rooms and did not care. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I honestly think they were just trying to get me to use their stupid care credit which has ridiculously high interest rates. read more

Nurse Helen is an icon! I have been getting a series of Forma treatments with her and have been extremely satisfied with the results. I sought out Forma because I wanted more jaw & cheek definition but was not ready to commit to the face fix (filler). Helen informed me it usually takes 6 sessions to see results, but as shown in the pictures, my skin already looked & felt tighter, brighter, and more lifted after 4 sessions. I've noticed a significant improvement in my jawline & cheekbones. Forma is also 100% painless which makes it even better. It just feels like a warm wand rubbing all over your face.
