However, after filling the syringes, the remaining product and syringes were taken out of the room, which made me feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about transparency. This was actually my last chance with this office. During a previous visit, I received a different type of Botox treatment that seemed to wear off after only about 8 days, which was disappointing and led me to seek treatment elsewhere. I decided to give this location one more opportunity because it is so conveniently close to my home. While the staff was polite, I would have appreciated more transparency regarding the handling of the product. I initially visited a different location in Glendale, and unfortunately, my experience there wasn't the best due to some miscommunication with a few of the staff. They did reach out afterward and made an effort to make things right, which I appreciated. I then decided to call the Burbank location, where I explained everything that had happened. They were incredibly understanding and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I had a much better experience -- and they absolutely did! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, kind, and professional. My consultant, Stephanie, was especially wonderful. She has the sweetest and most gentle aura, and she immediately made me feel comfortable and taken care of. My lip injector was also amazing. I unfortunately didn't get her name, but she took the time to really listen to what I was hoping to achieve and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted before moving forward. It's still too soon to see my final results, but I'm already pleasantly happy with how my lips look so far! I want to start by saying that I've had several services here, and the results have always been great. The staff has also always been kind and professional. However, my experience with the wait times over my last three visits is the reason I'm reconsidering coming back. The first time I came in for Botox, I waited an extremely long time before anyone came in to perform the treatment. My second visit wasn't quite as bad, but the wait was still much longer than expected. Unfortunately, yesterday's visit was completely unacceptable. My microneedling appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and I arrived at 3:45 PM. I was taken to a room fairly quickly, but no one came in for the consultation until about 30 to 40 minutes later. After that, I continued waiting, and it was after 5:00 PM before anyone even came in to apply the numbing cream. I didn't leave until around 6:00 PM. The actual treatment, including the numbing time, was relatively quick. The problem was the excessive waiting before anything even began. I'm not sure if the office is overbooking appointments or if something else has changed, but the wait times have become unreasonable. I left work early specifically to make my appointment on time, only to spend an hour and a half waiting for my treatment to even start. It felt very disrespectful of my time and has unfortunately made me question whether I'll be returning. read more

I was excited but a bit nervous to do anything undereye in general, but when I got to NakedMD in Burbank, they were all so kind and comforting about the procedure.
