For 35 years we used another local company but this time decided to get bids and research all the local companies and their products. Superior Comfort came out way ahead of the others. To our surprise, they were extremely cost competitive. Higher quality did not mean higher cost. My family won't go with anyone else in the future; but, we don't see any future maintenance needs anyway because the quality is so good. Before he arrived I never heard water dripping and then suddenly when he was finished with the maintenance I had this dripping noise from my furnace and he left with the air conditioning running and when I came home from work I had water all over my floor where the furnace was and turned off the air conditioning. He sent me a invoice for a $700 repair but never told me what was actually needed and he didn't turn off the air conditioning when he left knowing the dripping water would cause damage to my furnace.

The shower insert they installed was done incorrectly and had water flowing out of it and their fix was to use caulk, which shower inserts shouldn't need caulk.
