When they didn't show up or call on the day, we called Upper Cut and were told that the crew was on a job that took longer than expected, and we would need to reschedule. We rescheduled for two days later, but on that day received a call that they had mixed up the scheduling and we would have to reschedule again. When the re-rescheduled day came, once again no one showed up or called. When we called, they tried to reschedule us again, so we just canceled the job. This was a frustrating experience that needlessly ate up our time, and has delayed taking down a potentially dangerous tree.

My review is in regards to his home window replacements. Unlike the reviews for auto glass and…read moreshower doors, Gary is very unprofessional when it comes to his Quaker replacement window business. I had 13 windows replaced last summer of which 4 of them were double (side by side) windows. 1 of those was bowed so bad it couldn't be hidden and the installers had Gary come right over and look at it and he then followed up with calling the factory rep. That replacement was also severely bowed and needed to be ordered for the third time to get a satisfactory product. Another of those was slightly bowed and replaced but the wood used for the extension jambs looks like it is water damaged. A third double was jacked pretty bad and had bent hardware but was installed complete as if it were except-able but was also later replaced. When the factory rep finally came over with Gary to look at the first install, his excuse was that "these windows are built in a small town that requires more employees than the size of that town and that GOOD HELP IS HARD TO FIND". Keep in mind that they don't expedite the re-ordered windows, you get them when you get them. One of the windows was missing a vent/drain part on the outside bottom of the window and after the factory sent a new one it was the wrong size so they took the other one off to try and get the right size this time. This spring I went to his shop to see why they haven't replaced the parts and he had them in his truck and never came by to fix it after all this time. I also told him that the three windows that were remade all were missing the safety latches and he said he would be over the next day, yet never showed up. I called him the day following and he said he called the factory rep instead. And today I still wait for a reply. Gary lives in the same neighborhood and yet can't fix the problem or give an update regarding his call to the rep. My advise-- Check your windows over really good and make sure they are unflawed and not bowed, crooked, jacked, bent hardware, missing parts, or bowed screens like mine were before you submit final payment. From here I guess I go to the BBB. He was going to quote putting storms in my porch and never followed through.

We had only one month to find a new home and move across country. Redwood DeWitt wis a gem! My husband called and spoke with Meghann and decided to apply. We got approved for one of their 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment homes and we couldn't be happier. Seeing the unit for the first time in person was a huge relief. One of the biggest reasons we moved here was because my husband is going to need a quiet place to study while he is in medical school. It is very peaceful and not crowded. It could also be because the community is still being built. Two other reasons, we got a two attached car garage and you can install full size washer/ dryer in the unit. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very excited to be here. Worth every penny to live in comfort.

Have lived here over 2 years. My only complaints are about the behavior of my neighbors (something…read morethe apartment can't control) and the lack of full-width sidewalks. It's not management's fault someone can't walk without sounding like an elephant. Or that they dump their chew in the parking lot for me or my dog to step in. Or that they scream at each other, slam the doors, stomp up and down the stairs at all hours of the night and day. This place is super affordable and is a great value. For the units right next to the freeway - the noise level is VERY HIGH. The windows are thin so cold does come through, but heat is free. Every maintenance request we've had has been dealt with in a very timely manner.

Can't hear TVs of others. Maintenance is great, responding in 24 hours if not the same day. I have asked to have an appliance replaced as opposed to repaired and no issue. Done within a few days. Grounds taken care of decently. Have lived here for quite a while and is a convenient location. I have looked and can't find any place comparable in an area I would want to live.
