I would like to give kudos to Keith who works for Kelly Cleaning Services. He was very nice, friendly, and respectful. He was organized by first going through my home taking the vent covers off, then went and vacuumed out each vent. He then went into the basement to open the vents there AND vacuumed out my furnace. I was very pleased with Keith's thoroughness, hard work, and honestly. He said (since I didn't have animals) that I wouldn't need another cleaning for 5+ years - but not to wait longer than 10. For work that will last 5 years, the $348 I paid (pertaining to the # of vents I had) means $69.60 a year which isn't bad at all for clean air. I thank Kelly for having such a great employee. Totally unprofessional. Kelly came over upset and mentioned place was not prepared for him yet. He said it needed to be prevacuumed (even though Angie's list clearly says prevacuuming is including in their services) and nothing on the floor. Ok fine. I even overlooked his rudeness. He even said things like he didnt have to keep me happy since he already had so many customers? Seemed a bit out of place but I didnt care because i just wanted it done. I kept it professional even as he insulted me. We rescheduled on the spot for the following morning. I made sure to clarify with him what his problems were. It didnt look that bad honestly. After I vacuumed and moved furniture around for him and moved a few things off the floor (took only 30 min) we waited for him all next morning and the afternoon. He said he would be coming by himself and he would give me a discount for helping move things around. I made sure I had help to perform that. However, The next day, He just decided to not come. He didnt call, return messages, or show up. I waited until another day passed with him not bothering to return calls or explain before posting this review. I was able to get Al Brite cleaners to come out same day and they did an excellent job at a much better price and attitude while providing superior quality. They were even able to get out stains and floors were in better shape than after any other Kelly cleaning. It's clear to me that Kelly's carpet cleaners reviews are either fake or getting to their head. I would never treat someone like this especially someone that just wants to hire them. Very sad. I will not be using their services or recommending them again. read more

Late, expensive and caused damage. They were late and tried to charge us more than the website, although they corrected it on the date of service. They made a carpet crease in one room much worse, and made two areas of stains much worse in two separate rooms. In addition, they knocked a hole in a wall with a doorknob. We called them about it, and they insisted we wait for a week to repair the hole so they could take a look. Then, when the owner arrived, before even looking at the hole, he denied doing it. Then he said "hey, you were here the whole time". Actually I left as they were finishing the job, and they let themselves out because they were running late and I had another appointment. As I told him, it was only a $100 job, so what's my recourse? Am I going to sue him for $100? No. If he would have just looked at the hole, and said "wow, that sucks, sorry" then I would have just dropped the issue and repaired it. But his poor handling of the situation prompted me to do a review. There are many other options to have your carpet cleaned. Don't use Kelly. read more

Excellent first experience. The two technicians called ahead, arrived on time, and performed the work in a professional, thorough manner with attention to detail. The water-damaged carpet some people said I had to throw out, looks amazing now. Kelly Cleaning uses enzyme cleaning agents, spot cleaners and the high temp water after vacuuming, which is what I searched for online, and how I found them. I have used a multitude of services in Michigan and other states for carpet cleaning have paid much more in the past for for less than satisfactory results. I will definitely use their services again. Since I am pretty fastidious about the properties I manage, I was on site and oversaw the work. I do that with all my contractors, and they know I care and do what I can to help them do the best job they can do including pointing out the specific problems areas and making sure I've cleared the area for them. After the cleaning, they let me know which areas might still have some staining even after spot treating and hand cleaning, so that I could manage my expectations. I noticed the other review was written a over a year and a half ago. All I can say is that the job they did today was outstanding. I found out it's a local family owned business, which I personally like to support, and would recommend them without hesitation based on the services performed today. read more

Kelly was prompt, professional and took the time to thoroughly clean the carpet. He used three different cleaners for pet stains and used the highest temperature to ensure our carpets would be looking new again. I had a great experience with Kelly Cleaning Services. They were very nice and easy to schedule with. When the guys came to the door they were very courteous and inspected the areas to be cleaned with me and gave me honest evaluation of a major stain on the carpet which they ended up getting out! They were on time, very nice, quick, and extremely reasonable in price. They even gave me a bottle of carpet cleaner for any future spills and booties to wear while the carpet dries. I got their name from a coworker who had a similar experience. Will definitely call them again if I need them. read more

Kelly and his assistant arrived on time to clean the carpet and air ducts in our new home. They arrived with 2 professional vans outfitted with professional equipment and tools to do the job right. Kelly personally walked me through the house explaining exactly what they would be doing, while asking me to point out stains and any issues that I wanted them to address. Kelly called me an hour or so before they were going to be finished so I could drive back out to the house. They actually worked a little longer than anticipated to take another pass over a couple stained areas. Kelly did A+ work and made the carpet look like new. I actually just called them a few minutes ago to clean the carpet in the house I was renting. I would recommend Kelly and his crew to anyone. They may not be the cheapest in the area, but you get what you pay for. We will contact them again in the future to clean our carpets again when it needs to be done. Thanks Kelly! read more
