There is never a convenient time for an air conditioner to fail. That being said; I'd like to share our experience. Our central air conditioner went out. we called Aire Serv; and they sent out their Tech (Zack). Zack performed a thorough troubleshooting inspection of our unit. Once his inspection was completed. He sat down with my wife and I and explained step by step each item that was checked and its current operating status. The culprit was the unit's blower went out. Zack ordered one for us; it arrived within a reasonable amount of time. Once it arrived, Zack came back out and installed it without delay. Upon completion, Zack again explained what he had done. Today I had the pleasure of having technician Zack come to my home for an HVAC maintenance and troubleshoot for a noise I had been hearing when my unit was coming on. He thoroughly checked the unit outdoors and the system in the attic to ensure everything was functioning as intended. He discover a number of things that had been previously overlooked and we were able to address all issues. We had our AC replaced today. Ben, Neil, and Kayla did a fabulous job! I could not have been more impressed w/ the with the work they did. It started out w/ Ben who assessed the situation and came up with the plan. The job was scheduled but Neil and Kayla we're able to come 2 days early to do the job! They work for 6 hours in the 100 degree heat continuously with out any break. Thank you again for fantastic service! We were looking to replace our 22yr old A/C and after having Ben, their Service Advisor, come out and give us a quote. We couldn't be happier, the price was well below what we were quoted just 3 years ago by two other companies in town. They had changed my outdoor compressor coil 15 months ago and it started leaking. The coil was under warranty but I was still liable for labor; however, they worked with me, the retailer where the coil was purchased, and the manufacturer and it didn't cost me a dime. Zack was a great help. Very friendly, took the time to come back out and do a deep dive of duct work and to look at the driving issues behind why our house was not cooling down during these brutal months. Had a great experience on my biannual mx inspection. Doug did a great job explaining how the system was running and future needs to keep the system working well.
