I'm a bit old fashioned; I'm not going to hire a company that misses the entire appointment. When I told their employee that he was 2 hours late, he confirmed that the appointment started at 0900. They told me that the appointment would start at 0900 and end at 1100. I turned them away because they missed the entire two hour appointment. If I was in their office, I would walk out fifteen minutes after the appointment time if they hadn't started yet. Even if they had scheduled an arrival window, which they didn't, they were still late. If you can't keep an appointment, don't make the appointment. I don't know how much money they charge, but they wasted two hours of my life.

I called Williford Air, and after some explaining of the situation and giving Mr. Williford some specs on the unit, he said he could come out the next day and fix it,....and his price was 1/3 LESS than our regular HVAC company. Mr. Williford delivered on his promise and fixed the AC unit. -- We asked if his company performed annual maintence programs, as we would've been happy to switch to Williford for that service. He said that they currently don't offer that service, but are considering it in the future. Next time we need either an AC repair or a new AC unit altogether, we will be certain to get a consultation from Mr. Williford!

So having a warranty I called the people I had payed close to 8500 dollars for the system just over a year ago they came out to check it out . And told me they had to order a controller panel for the camper and a cycle switch for the evaporator or inside the house . To make a sad long shity sorry shorter . Now under warranty they told me they had to order the parts and it would be 4 days . But I had to pay for the service call today . In the amount of $240 . Then told me it would be $ 2800 to 3000 to fix it under warranty. I said a few very nice words and asked why . He told me the parts were under warranty only. Now I had watch this man and test my unit an myself have been hvac certified for years . So I call Georgia Carolina and asked them to come take a look at it. From the very first moment you knew you were in good hands. He didn't hook up gauges . He started by testing the electrical voltage of the system and with in 3 mins found 2 lose wire nuts on this new unit that B@E had over chagered me to install and flooled my carports because it leaked out the freon and had frozen up. But getting Back to the true Experts Georgia Carolina they found 2 lose wire nuts and a bad Schrader valve . Now mind you the same valve Back woods B@E had just been playing with . But the Tech From Georgia Carolina heard it leaking when he was fixing the lose wire nuts . So Georgia Carolina found no parts bad except that valve leaking and he check the speed on the fan for the unit and it had never be changed from its factory prest. For a smaller unit .Now I'm no English major as you can well see. But I have been a Sr chief Marine engineer for many years where I would on everything for hvac. Computer radios diesel engine gear boxs any and everything that could or would go bad . I know good work and workmanship when I see it and also bullsh.t lies. B@E fall in the bullshit lies category. Georgia Carolina fall in the topshelf expert category with great workmenship. When a hvac man puts his gauges on your unit first thing you know your screwed. Voltage is always the first system to check . They even give you a complete read out of what your unit is doing . That in itself cuts out the bull. I really expected there to be a long wait for an appointment but he was scheduled within days and was able to quote and complete the job same day. I needed a 20 amp dedicated circuit for a home based 15 needle embroidery machine and really didn't want to pay an electrical so got some "advice" and concluded we could put a 20 amp circuit in place of the 15 amp. Three months in, I noticed that my lights were flickering in the home office whenever I fired up the machine or plugged an iron in. I did a quick internet search for possible reasons and quickly determined that I likely had a fire risk so I went to my trusted Yelp to find an electrician. Sure enough my hunch was right. We had Help!! put in a true dedicated 20 amp. No more flickering. While we had him we decided that lightening strikes near the house were too close for comfort and we have way too many electronics and energy electric car plugged in so we had him install a whole house surge protector. Very reasonable. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

People sometimes underestimate the importance of a good installer who will be around if you have problems later (it's always possible to get a lemon from the factory). We have already…read morehad problems the night it was installed( would not cut on), the first cold night it went out( they had hooked it to the old line and not installed a new breaker for it), then June 13 it was out until the evening of the 17 because of a bad TXV. Now the TXV is out again and they want 400.00 for labor to come and fix it again, plus 150..00 for the last time...for a unit that is less than a year and three months old. Quiet the racket isn't it? Faulty parts and multiple labor charges to fix the faulty parts. Asked for a new unit as it is under a 10 year warranty...nope they won't do that. Saw on the internet that Lennox is not having good reports and can't keep parts in stock for repairs. Why would a company install a unit that was already being called a failure online? Just so over trying to expect good service when clearly all they care about is money. So disappointed.I think they are aware that we are hot and thinking that we will pay anything to get it fixed so why not 400.00 for labor.
