My fiance bought me headlights back in October of last year. The day I picked my vehicle up, I went…read moredown to Wilmington and not one but both of my headlights went out. Upon taking it back they said that they "fixed" the issue. Fast forward to present day, both of my headlights have went out AGAIN. When I took it to another local company they said the wiring was done half ass. There were no wire nuts covering/connecting the wires. My fiance was also supposed to have a custom speaker box, speakers installed in the bed of his vehicle, tint on the windshield, & front two windows. he was supposed to drop the vehicle off on Tuesday. This company beat around the bush all week, then finally told him he could drop it off on Thursday. They told him they would have it completed on Friday by 5 p.m. By 1 p.m. on Friday they had not taken his vehicle into the shop to work on it. At 5 p.m. they proceeded to tell him that they were leaving for the day and would complete it the Saturday. He tinted the front two windows 35 (keep in mind they already had 35) so he ripped off the old and replaced with new without picking up to confirm that is what he wanted done when it was not. He would not refund the money because they had already ordered the material but when he asked for the material that he paid for they refused to give him that as well. They then said they would definitely have it completed by Monday. Once we got home we smelled gas fumes coming from the truck. My fiance took a look at the bed of the vehicle and noticed a hole that was drilled into the bed. Soon after realizing that they had in fact drilled through the bed of the vehicle into the gas tank. He then took the vehicle to the dealership to get an invoice on the cost to replace the tank. Upon taking the invoice to this company explaining the situation to them after they admitted they did drill the hole. He was called a "liar" and "not an honest person" and told they would not pay to have it replaced by the dealership because they had someone who could do it for a cheaper price. So he had to pay out of pocket for the tank tp be replaced. Just based off of our experience with this company. We would not recommended this company to anyone who wants good quality work.

We found this shop online and made a special trip to see it and was greeted with rudeness as soon as we entered. After we wandered the store looking for treasures as one does at antique stores, I found an open door with a restroom, so I logically assumed I could use it. Big mistake, the shop owner comes and bangs and bangs on the door and gives me the what for, saying I had no right to the bathroom and there was no sign that said restroom, which is true, however the door was fully open with no sign of being private. Regardless of my mistake I find it difficult to ever believe yelling at a customer is necessary.
