The customers being helped were holding up one of the two employees working looking for an item that was being held that was misplaced. The employee finally found it but instead of helping us in line he helped three people who had just walked in get fitted. So we continued waiting another ten minutes for the lady employee to finish helping her customers. Once she was done she finally acknowledged us in line, the first time anyone has said anything to us since we have been in the store. She got everyone's names at once and worked in a backwards order to deliver the suits. I will not be back here and would not recommend. They need better training the younger guy was clueless.
