Power outage due to a fallen tree in the area, apparently phone line has to be reset by main office to align S.I.P. unfortunately power wasn't restored until around 4:30pm. Waited on hold for 25 minutes for Star Customer Services to pick up, once an inexperienced less than savvy rep gathered information & attempted the usual unplug the modem spill, the main office was closed. Although she advised the concern was being escalated. I honestly do not believe this company/organization or whatever it is knows the definition of the term escalation/escalate/escalated etc.

They claim a certain laptop was pulling all the bandwidth, but that was a lie. I stop using that laptop on wifi and use my hotspot. Star wifi still slow. When you call all they want you to do is unhooked the modem. Yeah, that doesn't work. Your product sucks and nothing is been done about it. I'm coming out of pocket every month for $100 for a service that doesn't work.
