I had two problems: #1 - As others mentioned, early return policy is bad. I had to return to my car the first day after I dropped it off for a seven-day reservation. No refund for unused days! Their explanation: "Because the price of your reservation was calculated based on the information you provided when submitting your request, we regret that we are unable to issue a refund for a change in schedule or an early return." This makes no sense. What does the price have to do with return policy. It's just a ripoff. Issue #2: It took 45 minutes to get picked up at JFK airport pickup location by the Radisson shuttle, while other hotel shuttles were going by repeatedly. I won't use them again. read more

Went to park the car at lot only to find out I could have parked for $21 for 3 days had I not registered. Less than 24 hours before my flight I receive an email that they have overbooked and would not be able to accommodate me. After 2 auto responses I was forced to look for other places to park and had to pay much more being it was about 12 hours when I would be there. The lot I booked (Best Rate Parking Orlando) told me they could not honor my reservation as the lot was full and I did not pay the full price (just deposit). Showing up just before a flight with your family in tow and being told the reservation wont work is major stress multiplier. To top that off we had to pay almost double once we found another lot to park at. Now Best Rate Parking Orlando LIED and said I decided not to park there (and pay double price...okay...). I have used AirportParkingReservations.com a number of times. I have saved a lot of money over the airport owned lots. A few times most of the airport lots were full, but I had a guaranteed parking reservation through the site and had no problem. I recommend the sites for families traveling as you park in the lot and a shuttle bus drops you at outside check in and helps with you luggage. I have three little ones and could not park in an airport lot and get them and my luggage to the terminal without help. Great service! read more

I have used OROM for the first time because the parking at the hotel was sold out. A new car with a battery that is less than 2 years old. I did not feel comfortable leaving the car but I had no choice. Upon arrival, it was like a ghost town. Nobody came outside to greet the customer. I had NO reason to jump start my car because it is new and is serviced on time. Upon arrival, my car would not start and smelled as if it was burning. The guys jump start MY car!! To make this short, only Honda touches my car and nobody else drives it. Honda advised the battery should not have been dead. I had to get a brand new battery for my car because it kept stalling on me. These guys switched the battery in my car! When I tried to start the car, it smelled as if something was burning and it would not start. The car felt invaded, raped and unsafe. I told them that as well. They began to speak in their language as if to cover something up. I was ill and tired from the long haul flight so never thought of calling the police which I later told to do. Made a pre-paid reservation on line for the Newark Airport, NJ site. When I arrived home at 2:00AM my husband went in to get the keys and was told ha had to pay. No money, no keys. Mysteriously, the credit card machine was broken, so he had to pay cash.days later when I called to rectify the double payment situation, the manager would not take my complaint. Luckily, I had used AE credit card and they did open a dispute. I am sure the cash was pocketed and I will probably be out the money. Never again will I use this company. read more

I Googled my way to http://www.airportparkingreservations.com/ and seeing the familiar logo and great price again assumed I was on the right site. I was in a hurry and paid $10.99 for a Friday to Sunday reservation and used a $5 coupon. When I was leaving the lot the woman tells me I owe $12 more dollars. Say what? She then informed me I had booked through a third party site and pointed out their website on the bottom of the receipt. Philip Rodriguez ,Operations-Manager had the nerve to send us an email 24 hours before we were scheduled to leave on an important flight that was booked over 30 days in advance stating that the parking facility had overbooked and that our reservation was cancelled with no warning or prior notice. Who cares that the credit card is being refunded the booking amount!!! We booked over a month in advance! I wrote an honest review on a parking lot i visited, and that review never appeared on their site. I am going to assume this is because i gave them 1 star. The parking lot is Rodeway Inn & Suites - Fort Lauderdale Airport. The shuttles run more than 1.5hr apart so if your flight is delayed and get in after 12:00 a.m. tough luck. I called the lot before my delayed flight took off and they told me no problem just call when you are at the airport and someone would come. The price was enticing but you get what you pay for. Parking spaces very small. Saw people getting out to make sure they didn't hit next door cars. We drove to the roof more spaces easier to park. The driver we got to take us to LAX was nice and accommodating. On our return we contacted company for pick up and after waiting for an hour my wife and I and another couple got a hotel shuttle to drop us off at the parking structure. I'm not sure what provider the previous person parked at but we had our vehicle at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Rosemont. The night we left on our trip we tried to ask the shuttle driver where we were to park. Was told,"Wait a minute" and after 5 minutes was still ignored. Had to go into the hotel to ask desk staff. We got dropped off at the airport and given directions on what to do on the return. When we finally found the area the shuttle was to pick us up at we waited at least 45 minutes, called the hotel, waited another 25 minutes. The ad for the shuttle states they run 24/7 on the half hour. When the driver finally arrived my husband wanted to put our luggage in the van and the driver said he wasn't allowed to. Booked online first mistake. Attempted to use the address they have posted online second mistake sent me to another parking garage with almost the same name as the parking lot I had booked. I leave my car parked for a week only to come and find out thru the attendant that I was parked at the wrong parking lot. I ask the attendant for my options he says it is a common mistake that it has happened alot in the past so he recommends to go to the other parking lot I had booked and get a refund. I go to the other parking lot attendant and he says they never charge anything when I book thru them that I must have used a third party and I should call them directly and if they had any questions he would gladly let them know what had happened. We were very disappointed that the amount that we agreed to with airportparkingreservations.com at the preflight parking at Logan Airport would not be accepted by preflight when we were leaving. They charged me more stating that the airportparkingreservations.com web site miscalculated the amount. After trying to explain and showing the print out with the amount, the attendant wouldn't let us leave without paying the extra. We were very upset and felt betrayed. I had done a booking thru airportparkingreservations and also used a promo code. During the reservation, I also paid a deposit. However when I picked up the car at Easy Airport Parking they claimed that they have no visibility to the booking and charged me the full amount (ignoring the discount and the upfront payment). They asked me to follow up with airportparkingreservations. Little did I know that the customer service for both these organizations is not their strong points and the least of concerns. Airportparkingreservations was happy to let me know that 'Although Easy Airport Parking is part of our reservation network, the lot is independently owned and operated. We are not involved with the daily operations of the parking lot, and we do not have access to their billing records. As long as you presented your reservation confirmation, and if your times did not change from your original estimate, the quoted rate should have been honored (plus applicable taxes).' Of course, Easy Airport Parking (time to change their name!) did not want to concede either. Word of caution - do not use airportparkingreservations or any oof their 'networks'. read more

My reservation price was not honored at the lot when I arrived, even though I had my confirmation email in hand. I contacted Airport Parking Reservations (APR) who said they could only offer me a partial refund of the difference and a small credit for my "next reservation" (why would I bother using them again when they can't guarantee the price that they give me?). APR told me that they tried to contact the lot directly, but they were unable to get in touch with them in 10 days. The lot is still listed for reservations on the APR website despite the fact that they don't honor the reservation prices and APR can't even get in touch with them when something goes wrong. I've used airportparking for several years (10+ years?). In June 2015, I reserved for 1 Month thru airportparking two months in advance. I show up 4:00 in the morning at parking place (my flight was 6:30 AM). It was dark and hard to find. There were 4 customers, including me, reserved thru airportparking at this parking lot. Attendant told us that parking lot was full and told us to contact airportparking and ask for refund... Even-though there is enough spaces. The immediate thing we all did was scattered out to find another parking lot in pitch dark near LAX. What a mess and I almost lost my flight. Times have changed that these online services have outlived and make our lives miserable. I no longer us online reservations (parking, hotels, foods, taxis). I got my $10 deposit and apology which have absolute not value. After that incident, I just go directly to the parking lot's website. It few bucks higher, but It always work. read more

I would truly recommend you skip this third party service and reserve your parking directly with the parking lot company. Airport Parking Reservations charges a service fee which you can easily avoid by avoiding them. They will also inflate your initial fees at the time of reservation. If you are traveling for business and need to provide receipts for your expenses this will cause you a major headache since once you check out with the actual parking lot service, they will only give you receipt for the difference. This is not a true reflection of what you are actually charged! You will then have to call/email Airport Parking Reservations multiple times. Only you cannot reach anyone because the line automatically tells you that no representatives are available so you will leave multiple messages, meanwhile your credit card payment date is quickly approaching.
