Jimmy the owner got mad.We brought my dad's truck to get a tune up.He kept it for a month AND didn't even touch it.We went by after 2 weeks.He kept saying I will look at it.After a month he didn't even touch it,because I called him out about his son's mistake.After a month we picked up my dad's truck and brought it to another shop.That was very UNETHICAL AND RUDE!!!! 20 years we were customer and they do this.Not the right way to do business.

I asked the older gentleman at the desk about the honda and he adimately denys they have ever worked on this vehicle, argues with me about it. Mind you i have a stack of receits in the glove box from this place, finally he gets the vin number and then says yeah we worked on this vehicle. I was thinking great we are finally getting somewhere. So i asked to make an appointment to get the things fixed on the car and he refuses to let me make an appointment, says they dont do that there, which blew my mind. I said ok let me get an alignment while im here, he says theres not enough time left in the day. It was 2 in the afternoon and they werent busy. I said ok can i make an appointment for tomorrow or wednesday to get the alignment and he replys no we dont do that. So...... obviously they dont need business there. Heard they were a good honda shop but maybe they dont work on Hondas anymore. Not sure how they fix cars if they dont take walkins and they dont take appointments. Thanks for nothing Milton Honda!

Dropped my daughter's car off for an ignition cylinder on a Friday during a trip to Mobile to see family. They weren't able to fix the car until Monday, which was fine. We headed back to Tallahassee and they called us to say it was ready on Monday evening. The manager, Shannon Burnett, bullied my daughter into paying for the work over the phone before the car could be inspected. My wife and daughter drove the 4 hours back to Mobile on Thursday to pick up the car. My daughter turned the key and the steering column fell apart. It was very apparent that someone had broken it and tried to glue it back together. When my wife brought it to the manager Shannon Burnette's attention, he was rude and dismissive, but agreed to fix the steering column that they had broken. My wife and daughter drove another 4 hours home without the car they had intended to pick up. Another week passed and the car was finally ready to be picked up. Again the manager Shannon Burnette was rude and disrespectful to myself, wife and daughter. He refused to give any discounts for our trouble and claimed because he fixed the steering column that Gibson's had broken, free of charge, that we were even. Horrible management, mechanics and service. Avoid this business at all costs.

I don't know about you, but I'd rather have a mechanic that has been fed. It turned out the nail in my tire couldn't be plugged because it was in the side wall so they ordered the tire that would match the rest of my dodge challenger's tires at my request while at the same time informing me of less expensive options. Then quickly informed me when my tire came in and replaced the tire that day within 25 minutes. Excellent service! If I ever need another tire I'll definitely be getting it from Tuffy's. Thanks!
