Once He came in, He was "too busy" to give the injection that I came for. I had to re-schedule & PAY ANOTHER CO-PAY to get the injection. As far as Customer service on the phone It is the worse thing ever. IF the call center answers, they try and call the location and still get no answers. I placed 5 calls trying to get someone about a wrong referral. On the 5th try, the call center was able to patch me through. I still don't know if the correct referral has been placed. I would NOT be using this place, but they are one of the few "In-network" places. Otherwise, I would be finding a new provider.

Per my insurance company, it is on the same tab in Availity - Providers- TriWest; when you submit the referrals (as the provider). Only a referral was made and PT requires both. So now it still needs to be submitted but now they are saying my PCP needs to. This was the same way in east region (now west for Texas) so I don't know why this is like a new thing to them with authorizations. They worked me into rehab in the meantime which is nice; when I called they wouldn't do that without charging me per visit out of pocket.
